Definitely will not be staying here ever again. Place is extremely run down, very old. The magnetic key didn’t work I had to get key replaced each day. Only positive they have a shuttle running that’s very nice & easy. It’s just room & hotel was very old & outdated. So definitely pass next year for National card show.

Decent place. Shuttle drivers nice and this free service generally worked out great. One issue one late night from the train of miscommunication but that happens. Easy to get taxi or uber if needed. Good spot for shops and food near hotel. It is a long train ride to the city but that was fine for our 3 day stay. Took about 45 minutes. Hotel breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfy and quiet. Good place!

Problems. Waited an hour for pick up at airport Lady was very apologetic said they were so busy. Ordered a wake up call foe 4.30 am. Never received. Booked shuttle back to aiport at 5.30. Waiting at bus with other guests. No driver. Enquied from reception when is schuttle going . Told driver is sick must make own arrangements. No prior notice. Staff are not customer focused

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and up to date. The hotel was undergoing maintenance so the fitness center was unavailable and to get ice you had to go to the on-site restaurant.

It’s well- maintained and clean. It’s not perfect just because I find the staff who assisted me a little annoyed with me. It might be she’s exhausted and I understand that. I had a little feeling of unwelcomed. It might be an isolated case but I just want to give my feedback. I will recommend the hotel and definitely will be back again. Thank you.

Everything about this stay was top notch, staff super helpful, breakfast great, bar restaurant super, bed was comfortable. It's just an older building. The couch was well worn and the carpet was stained.

Air-conditioned sounded like it was on its last leg. Breakfast, was pretty aweful considering they have a restaurant in the hotel. Their was no ice machine.

The card key kept going out even not next to bank card or phone which was a hassle. The hallway carpet is old and stained. But I cant complain of price. Also why was breakfast only chicken breast???

Check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. Location near the airport is perfect. The room was tidy, but was there was an overwhelming pet odor that was hard to ignore. Could be the perfect option for pet owners, but we will not stay here again.

There is a restaurant on site. Also dingy and unappealing and they didn't have whatever I wanted to order even though it was on the menu. The area is loud and industrial. Other than that it was lovely.

It was OK, thing special.

Good stay, honest staff. They allowed us to check in earlier than usual and when we left, my son had forgotten his fanny pack. We came back 5 hours after we had already checked out. Came in to ask about it and a staff member had grabbed his fanny pack and put it in a plastic bag. We got it back with all his money. Not a dollar missing. Thank you and your staff for a great experience!
