Average property. Lobby and room had a an unpleasant smell. AC in room was incredibly loud on top of the constant noise from all the traffic outside made it impossible to sleep soundly. Staff was friendly and professional though.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a great experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. Nice hotel good breakfast

The breakfast was good, the room and beds were comfortable and the location was convenient for the airport as we stayed overnight before a flight from O'Hare. The hotel was nicely decorated with modern conveniences. We had thought that there was food available in the hotel but that was old information so we ordered a pizza and had it delivered. The room was overlooking a road and was a bit noisy with traffic.

Great friendly service, clean rooms

The hotel itself was fine for a short stay. Upon checking in the room assigned to me had an odor of dog and lingered. I spray some of my own fragrance to cover it and that did not work. I went down to the front desk to speak someone about the odor. Initially I wanted to move rooms, I was asked if I had disturbed the room by being on the bed yet my response was yes. Immediately I was shut down saying the hotel was all booked up and they can send someone to deodorize the room so I agreed. Shortly later a guy came and sprayed the room which the room smelt much better but about 2 hours later the dog smell came back. I went back downstairs to see if the guy can come back and spray or if I can hold on to the spray. There was another lady at the front desk who offered to change my room I told her I would love to but the other lady said the hotel was fully booked. Which was a lie. This lady put me in a room so fast I appreciate her so much I wish I would remember her name! The next room smell so much better I actually felt much better.
