Regal Inn - Chicago O'Hare Airport

Served as an affordable stay on the way to main destination. The room was clean but there were cigarette burns on the bedding and the AC worked once we went back down to the front office to let them know it would turn on but not do anything. Turns out there was a thermostat on another wall you had to adjust separately from the wall unit which was fine but a sign would have been useful. Especially because the click and phone weren't working so it seemed likely AC wouldn't either. Otherwise it was restful, relatively safe feeling and clean, just not fancy. Staff/owner was ok but was probably just busy training a new hire so very focused on that.

Rooms could probably use a little updating, but were fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient.

Seems like an older property. Everything was adequate. A/C worked really well. Room had an oder but a can of fabreeze took care of it. Was here for convention so uber/lyft was $10-20 each way to Convention Center.

The property was decent in a good location, but the first room I was allocated into did have roaches, and the main desk assistance had a fair attitude when I asked to swap rooms for the issue. The second room was fine. Unsure if I'd stay again.

Ended up staying here as it was the only option, other than sleeping outside. For this reason alone it was fantastic. Some not so great things included the water pressure and how long it took to heat up. Cable TV was choppy, deadbolt broken, no extra wash rags available (only 2 provided for 3 people stay), $50 deposit requested. I would not stay have again if given the choice.

It’s close to the airport. Restaurant, quick shop and gas station right across the street. The bed was okay but the pillows smelled and were lumpy. The smell. And the hall carpet looked like someone was murdered on it.

Booked a non-smoking room but the room we got smelled like smoke. Carpets were filthy and coming up at corners. Do not recommend

The closet doors, the ceiling, and around the window in the room were dirty and gross. The microwave did not work. I took pictures to upload to show how bad it was. I am considering to request a refund at this point.

I had to leave at 3 am due to roaches! The girl at the front desk refused a refund, suddenly forgot how to speak English & even said it was her first day on the job! Absolutely disgusting!

It was value for money. Clean room and bathroom, good AC, TV. Public transport is accessible via Pace Bus which connects to O Hare Airport and CTA Blueline. Lots of eating joints and grocery stores nearby. Room cards didn't work once but was quickly resolved.

Absolutely nothing! You all should consider not doing business with this property
