Staff and owner was very friendly. Locating walking distant to Guaranteed Rate Field, restaurants and local bars. Sunday Brunch was amazing. Excellent variety of signature meals.

I loved the warmth. The hosts, guests, and rooms were cozy and welcoming. The breakfast served was delicious and filling. My family and I enjoyed our stay and recommend this inn to others looking for a quiet yet homey place!

It was very clean and comfortable. The dinning area and room was so cute! The water pressure was really good. And the staff were all so friendly and inviting. The breakfast is a 10/10. We went to a night game at rates stadium and walked there and back. Super convenient. Loved the whole experience

It's a clean, tidy place. You should check out the Mayor's Room if you can. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The dinner there was excellent, I had the tilapia. The staff are full of information and history on the local area and very friendly and easy going, so you can get to know each other a bit. The neighbourhood is quiet, with some niche boutiques nestled within the residential blocks. The Polo is close to everything as it's not expensive to get around. Also good if you are a White Sox fan and they are playing at home. It could do with a kettle in the kitchen for coffee and tea. They do provide water and seltzer. The wifi/internet is a little patchy but they did say that they are upgrading soon. No liquor license, but byob, that's not a gripe, just a heads up.

We received a very warm welcome. The place was large and it was very quiet. The best part was the morning breakfast. We thought it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had.

Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning for each guest. The area seemed pretty safe, and taxi/uber pickup was easy enough. There were very limited options for breakfast, and most of the time the eggs were undercooked. The room looked clean on the surface, but further inspection lead to extremely filthly areas under the bed and stains on the sides of the mattress. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. The Wifi was very slow, and the TV only worked becuase previous guests had already been logged in. Building security was not satifactory.

The staff, the suite, everything!!!! We loved everything :)
