The property is about 1 year old and it is amazing. Gorgeous hotel and spacious rooms. We booked the 2 bedroom and it was huge. 3 bathrooms total. It looks better than it does in the photos. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. Restaurant food was great and all staff were so friendly. We loved the pool and commons areas. It’s a little secluded and not a lot of guests so it felt strange but for those that like quiet and peace this would be the place to go. I did go with my 3 kids and didn’t feel they bothered anyone. The hotel I believe is on government property and you see officers at the gates and roads around. It scared me at first but got use to it and felt it was a plus since it should be more secure. Apparently they changed the parking to Chichen Itza to the museum parking lot. The Museum parking lot is down the street from the hotel. You can’t get any closer. We had to pass through the Chichen Itza parking lot to get to this hotel. Ok this is no fault of the hotel but there were bugs. I’m actually impressed by the lack of bugs in any of the inside areas. They must frequently spray because I did not see bugs inside the room and didn’t feel scared that there would be bugs in the room. Also the lobby had zero bugs inside. This is the jungle so I guess bugs should be expected but if you have a fear of bugs maybe make Chichen Itza a day trip. I’m glad I stayed it was an amazing experience but have a fear of bugs so it was the one and only downfall for the area but the hotel. I hate to even write this because the hotel was so amazing, beautiful, staff friendly and sparking clean facility.

The fact that I submitted a review 4 weeks ago and you are asking for another review.

It’s White Lotus - level gorgeous with stunning design, well-appointed rooms, top-of-the-line gym, gorgeous pool, wonderful staff, and a view of Chichen Itza from our balcony! We enjoyed our stay very much. The bar currently does not serve wine.

Not very attentive to you out at the pool. always felt and if you turned the corner of somebody help you that they expected to tip. And always felt like they were afraid you were gonna skip out on paying your bill very uncomfortable.!

We enjoyed the spacious suite, the balcony and the room amenities. We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location to Chichen Itza is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool with terrific poolside drinks after a hot excursion to the amazing temple. We also loved the outdoor dining. We are in our 60’s and travelled with our 30 yr old son and fiancée who think this would be a perfect honeymoon venue for them in the future. N/A

This place is incredible, worth every pesos spent. The rooms are spacious, well supplied, have large balconies. The pool is amazingly warm and large. The grounds are immaculate. The staff are very attentive, open doors for you. The restaurant prepared all our meals well, great and attentive service. Its proximity to the new Tren Train station and shuttles to the new museum and Chichen Itza will be a convenient asset. Absolutely nothing! Overlook the extensive construction occurring; new museum, new road.

I really appreciated the super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and very clean with a nice size balcony. The property was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the avocado toast and fresh fruits every morning. I wish they had buffet breakfast more often.

It’s a beautiful and comfortable hotel with plenty of room for our family of 4. It feels like it’s on the cusp of being much busier with all the changes in the area, so it was nice to see it while brand new. The restaurant on site was incredible for any and all meals. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was so welcoming!
