ok, received what expected for a budget stay

This is a great location to the central train station. It is a safe place to be. The kitchen is big but lack supplies for cooking. Only the microwave and refrigerator work, but that was all we needed. The grocery store is near by. There is a bar downstairs, but we never heard anything. The room and bathrooms were clean.were clean It would be nice to have a trash can in the kitchen area.

The communal facilities were of a particularly good quality: white and bright and attractive. Nothing comes to mind.

One of the men's showers on Level 1 did not have hot water at 6:20 in the morning.

Staff is inexistant, bedroom are REALLY small, and the windows are very old and wont stop the noisy street. Ear plugs provided

Shared bathroom facility was not clean and did not meet my expectations.

Love the location, close to a lot of public transport. Room was ideal size for a single person and everything was clean and tidy including the shared bathroom. Appreciated the complimentary towels and tea. Smart tv was functional and snappy. The window was atrocious. It was a single pane glass that let in so much noise thar it might as well have been open or not there at all. There was also a draft from poor insulation.

Situated right on Broadway, and walking distance to Central station (about 6 minutes), the rooms are above a pub and surprisingly you can't hear anything from downstairs which was great. The room was decent size and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shared bathroom was kept very clean and came with free toiletries to use (shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The noise from the street was minimal and didn't bother me. They have a bar and meals served on site, but I didn't get the chance to check it out, but it looked good! Check in was simple and the doors are secured by a FOB keyring and seemed secure, with a back alley after hours entrance. Walking distance to local shops, supermarket, and restaurants, and the venue felt pretty safe to me. The constant noise from the air conditioner got a bit annoying, think it just needs some maintenance. It was pretty hot in the hallways leading to the rooms, and it needed automatic lights that come on at night.

The location is really great if you want to be quite central to public transport options. It's very basic. You get what you pay for. Having a shared bathroom was a bit of a hassle but again it was expected at this price point

The property was clean and in a great foodie location. Also lots of shops if that’s your thing. There is no reception area so you have to go into the bar and the bartender signs you in. I didn’t like that they took your credit card and id into a back room so it is temporarily out of your possession and eyesight.

It was in a convenient location for us. I didn't know that hotels have rooms without windows/natural light. I had booked this room for my daughter who is a little claustrophobic. She had a hard time sleeping there. Had I known before that hotel rooms without windows exist (I have never seen something like this neither in Europe nor in the USA nor in Asia), I would not have booked a room there.

Good size room, clean, air coditioned, kettle in room, relatively clean toilets and showers (as clean as you can expect from a shared property) Pillows - flat one was too flat, puffy one was too puffy! Maybe I'm fussy.

Location was great. Room was as expected, quite small but ok for night. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There were side tables and another small table for the kettle. There was a TV and the a/c was efficient. The shared bathroom was clean. The blinds let a lot of light in and there was a lot of road noise but that was expected. The bed was quite small for 2 average sized people.
