The cleanliness , location and friendliness .. My bathroom had black short hair on the shower wall from previous guest. Hair was also on toilet side wall.. The plumbing in our ceiling near bathroom was noisy when another guest uses the bathroom facilities. Room 421 - off memory.

It was close to where I had to be. My little cockroach that came to visit. No water in bar fridge.

Location Quite loud being next to the elevator- 2 year old daughter woke up a few times.

The cleanliness and the comfortable beds and great pillows. I like the new checkin and checkout computers, but also enjoyed the comfort of a person at the ready if I needed assistance. The 818 restaurant we seemed to have a language barrier when I wanted to pay for 2 coffees I ordered and drank. The server wanted to provide me with further coffees instead of having me pay for the ones I had consumed.
