風呂場に「滑りやすいから 気をつけてください」 と張り紙 。これは変えて欲しい 滑りにくくしておいてから「滑らないように気をつけてください」と。 本当にぬるぬるして 私も ひやっとした。滑って大怪我する客が出るのは時間の問題 特にお年寄りや 外国人。もし それが米国人なら大訴訟を起こさずには置かないよ。とくに「滑りやすいから」という 張り紙では 「滑りやすい」とわかっていて 放置していた証拠になる。 札幌のホテルの温泉では しっかり完璧な滑り止めがしてあった。

Great location - next to train station with easy access to New Chitose airport. The room was small but well appointed. We were also pleasantly surprised because the hotel had an onsen. This is not a complaint - but also unexpected. The “staff” were very “hands off”…they seemed to be there only to direct us to the machine for self-serve check-in.

Well kept.. rooms are clean and well made. Wonderful selection of pillows and amenities in the lobby. Good breakfast sets with correct condiments and brewed coffee. Could provide shuttle service from Chitose airport.

The location couldn’t be easier and better when transiting between cities. The headboard was covered in dust when we arrived. The temperature was difficult to regulate because the blanket is so thick it doesn’t breathe at all.

Its has everything you need for a quick airport stay. Clean, spacious, nice bathrooms, a work and study area, and there's a large 7-eleven right next door.

Location Room was a little small We had 4 large suitcases and wanted to leave 2 in storage with staff until a relative was able to pick up these up the next day but was told we had to take all to our room and was not allowed to store in lobby area.

Nothing special but location is valuable thing of this hotel Before you check in at the airport, this hotel is the perfect place to rest before heading home. There are many good restaurants around the hotel and shopping areas like Aeon. Yayoi Ken, located under the hotel, is also delicious. Could this be considered a downside? The weather here is even colder than Furano when it's below freezing. But I don't mind. I think this hotel is excellent value for money.

Location is right at the Chitose train station, within an hour ride of Sapporo and an easy, short train ride to New Chitose airport! Leaving Hokkaido...

Great location close to airport. Choose your own pillow and super comfy bed! Onsen is great and nice free coffee/chill area

Hotel has onsen facilities, and a little lounge area, which is lovely. Close to the train station. Mall nearby for shopping. Pillow in the room was not great - you'd have to go downstairs to choose another pillow. But I found out after I had showered and changed, so it was not ideal to go downstairs again.

Easy check-in and nice onsen. The rooms are small, but not abnormally so for Japan.

Super close to the JR station. Easy ride on the JR from the airport. Staff was okay. Not great.
