The Chitose Hotel refused to honour my reservation. The booking system accepted my credit card while simultaneously labelling my card as 'void'. Therefore, despite taking my payment, the Hotel refused my reservation. I spent the night sitting upright in the Departure area.

Close to train station. Only had a smoking room available, however it didn't smell like smoke and didn't affect my sleep.

Location near the airport taking taxi 2200¥. Free shuttle bus from the hotel to airport. Don’t have shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel,it takes a long queue for taxi and hard to find too.During the snow time it’s better to provide the shuttle bus.

The property was central and close to the airport. There was a bath and they provided face masks, foot masks, even bath salts! Yea, coffee & facial moisturizer. Great amenities. Bed was rock hard and there was a constant like “vibrating phone” sound ( I think it was the AC unit) but other than that a very lovely stay

We chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. Unfortunately, they only offer a shuttle from the hotel to the airport not the other way around. Nothing.

It was very clean and well kept. The location is very close to the train station and easy to get around. It felt a little dated and there was no clock in the room.

Location was great, very close to airport. Free transfer to airport was helpful, but to transfer from airport. Free coffee in the lobby. Room was really small and cramped. Bathroom was small too. Generally in need of refurbishment. Just a place to sleep for the night, not really for enjoying the room.

Shuttle bus to New Chitose airport is very convenient. Izakaya restuarant on the ground floor vibe is good. The hotel is quite old.

Location is great! A short walk to the station. Breakfast starts early and is good. The staff is kind too. Front desk forgot my request to extend my stay and I was left without a room. Very unpleasant experience : ( There were small bugs walking all around the shower room (not sure what type exactly). Felt like cleaning was lacking in some areas. The shower area is too small. Bed mattress felt a bit tilted so my lower back hurt a little. The room was small but I guess it is fair for the price.

The location is fantastic, and the airport shuttle service is excellent! The staff at the reception are cute, friendly, and welcoming! How thoughtful the manager even walk us to the door! The driver of shuttle bus is very energetic. There’s an Aeon mall and a Lawson convenience store nearby. I really love how staying at Chitose makes me feel right at home. The hotel pillows are too flat.

Airport shuttle was great. Lots of little extras from the hotel. Beds were comfy. Located right opposite some good department stores for last minute shopping.
