Helpfulness - The receptionist is friendly and helpful to assist us in making taxi reservation to catch our early morning flight the next day. Felt that for the price we paid for the stay is not competitive and comparable to what we had to pay for in our accommodation stay in other areas, granted that it is a dormitory.

There is a 7/11 right next door! Didn’t get a chance to explore the area considering our flights got delayed and we ended up checking in late. We were lucky a staff was still on site and we got in~ Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. They provide pajamas for you~ WiFi worked well~ they have room slippers & there is AC & heating in the room. Felt like a room away from home.

Close to the bus station to the airport. Very convenient for flight layovers. 1min walk to the bus station, 20min ride to intl airport. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the facilities are nice. There was also an inhouse change in clothes which was nice The bed sheets were a bit itchy, maybe need to deep clean more before the next guest.

15 minute walk from train station, 7 minute walk from bus that directly takes you to airport. Convenience store nearby. Super clean, quiet, has a fridge and tea kettle.

The price

Very clean, quiet and efficient. Literally behind a 711 and the bus stop so I didn't have to leave the area at all. Bed was comfy and clean, even included pyjamas! The AC external unit was right behind the wall where my bed was. There was a screw loose somewhere on it and it rattled constantly for the whole night, which would make it impossible to sleep. I checked it out and figured that it just needed to be tightened, so I went to tell the front desk gentleman who came up to check it out. He freaked out that I was standing outside under the AC (although I was a good 8-10ft away from the ledge.) He said we absolutely could not go outside. I told him okay but how does he propose to fix the problem without going outside and he just said to turn the AC temp higher so it doesn't run as much. Not an adequate solution. I finally put in earplugs and slept but I'd rather not have to do that in a hostel I've paid for. Over such a simple thing as a loose bolt too, I could've tightened it myself in 30 seconds if he just gave me the tool. I'd come back here still- everything else was fantastic. I just wouldn't stay in that room again.
