The hotel is incredibly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The absolute highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet, especially the unlimited river prawns! The air conditioning in the room was freezing cold, which was much appreciated. The room was a bit humid at first, but the hotel thoughtfully provided an in-room dehumidifier that solved the problem completely. The private beach area is peaceful and nice for a stroll. My room did not have a sea view. I also wasn't a fan of the bathroom design; it lacks privacy because it is only separated by a fabric curtain instead of a solid door. Additionally, while having a private beach is nice for the atmosphere, the water isn't really suitable or inviting for swimming.

Very relaxing, peaceful and hospitable staff! Breakfast was the same selections every morning, could add more options. The private pool was in the shade so it was chilly.

Room was beautiful and the resort overall is so gorgeous. Lush plants, trees and orchids everywhere, which was such a refreshing, relaxing change from the busy streets. We got a ride into town by the free shuttle and hated how busy walking street/night bazar area was and couldn’t wait to get back to Navana. That being said, it’s the perfect location. Close walking distance to several markets but away from the nonsense of loud bars and prostitutes. Pools were very clean and the staff is very nice. Complimentary fruit, snacks and bottled water in the mini fridge were appreciated. Breakfast buffet was great- fresh, with lots of options. **Black mold in the shower of the Beachfront Pool Villa, room 9. Light switches were oddly difficult to operate so several times we thought the room lost power (user error on that though). The “beach” is a small dirty strip of sand littered with trash- plastic bags and bottles/styrofoam/broken glass. This is not a direct fault of the resort, but rather this area of Thailand as a whole. A staff member made a half hearted attempt to sweep a part of the sand but it is not the “IG worthy” picturesque beach you are thinking, if that’s what you are after…

This was a very comfortable stay overall. The room was spacious, and the shower water got nice and warm, which I really appreciated. You were provided with water, coffee, tea and a plate with 4 slices of an apple and a banana. We visited in January, and the hotel wasn’t crowded at all, which made everything feel calm and relaxing. We spend a day at the pool and there was at most four other couples. At one point we were sharing the pool with only one other guest. Breakfast had a good variety of options, even though the selection stayed mostly the same each day. There were eggs, different types of fried rice, cereal, bacon, fruit, sticky rice with mango, and you can make your own waffle and pancakes to name a few. There was a small gym that we did not use. The hotel does offer a shuttle to Terminal 21 which we took advantage of our first night there. We did take a grab almost every where we needed to go, so can't say for sure what is within walking distance. Overall, we had a nice stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, our private pool was covered in leaves. I understand this isn’t fully the hotel’s fault since there’s a tree directly above it, but it would have been great if housekeeping had done a quick check before we received the keys. I started clearing it myself by hand and then decided to call the lobby to ask for a net, and they kindly sent someone right away to clean it, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the outdoor tub was also covered in leaves every day, so we didn’t end up using it during our stay. We chose to spend most of our pool time at the shared pool since our private pool was under the shade and we were hoping to get some sun. At night, we tried using our own pool again, but since it’s not heated and January evenings are chilly, the water was too cold to enjoy. A heated option would make a big difference during the nights. I’d also suggest adding some form of mosquito repellent for the private pools as there were quite a few insects in the evenings. It would also be helpful to have easier access to food and drinks when in the common pool area, we weren’t sure how to order and only got a menu after spotting a staff member byt the breakfast restaurant a few hours later. I would also suggest having a small container of almond milk, soy or oatmeal option for those indidivuals that cannot drink regular milk during breakfast. One small design note: I wish the toilet area had a door for more privacy. While there’s a large sliding door to close off the whole bathroom space, where the toilet itself is open. Lastly, just be aware you are not booking this to use the beach. During low tide we noticed quite a bit of trash along the shoreline, so we didn’t spend any time in this area. Just a little dissapointing to see all the trash. At one point we even spotted a tire. With a few small improvements, the experience could be even better.

Only thing didn't like was the ocean water wasn't that crystal blue pristine you envision.. but beach was clean and relaxing to sit and enjoy.

It’s like living in the forest, nature and safe place

style of the hotel and that it is outside the craziness of Pattaya , rooms are good staff other than reception did not speak well English. Food in restaurant not so good.

Love this place , unique design, breakfast is the best I have ever had. Love swimming pool and library which I can drink hot chocolate from automatic coffee machine.

The breakfast was excellent. Maybe mix it up a bit, but very nice Definitely needed updated the walls were cracked and overpriced. It was decent but the sky pool villa at $375 a night expected more. Lost a key card wanted 300baht which is $15cad, are you kidding me ?

The breathtaking natural surroundings throughout the hotel and the design of the room with the private pool were wonderful The food and breakfast were good.

Facility is good although a bit old - Majority of the staff interestingly are not in good mood. They act moody. - Hotel are popular from the breakfast with river prawn with tamarin sauce but it’s always all gone. Staff add 5-6 of it then it run out suddenly. - Lighting inside swimming pool was broken.
