Same friendliness and cleanliness as the first time I went. Was put in the same room.

Easy to check in, nice and hidden off the main street without excessive noises. Nice and easy access for what we needed it for. No Hot Chocolate. It was like the cleaner hadn't fully cleaned, missing pillowcases, lack of face cloths, no tea towel or cleaning cloth/brush, grime on doors and the shower, also the toilet bowl had hairs under the seat. No car parks available also.

Have stayed at Grand Riccarton Hotel more than 10 times now, and it has consistently been our go-to choice whenever we are in Christchurch. As a repeat guest, I really appreciate the comfortable rooms, convenient location, and friendly service. The consistency is what keeps bringing us back. I know we'll have a pleasant and hassle-free stay every time. After so many visits, it genuinely feels familiar and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a reliable place to stay in Christchurch. Rubal, the Hotel Manager is 100/10. =)

The room was quite small, but perfectly suitable for a short stay. The room was clean and tidy with good basic facilities, like a big screen TV, heat pump, and fitted out with a modern bathroom and excellent shower.

Had a pleasant stay at Grand Riccarton Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around Christchurch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was relaxing and good value for money. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Shower was good, bathroom was nice, We obviously didnt pay attention to the room size as it was quite a bit smaller then it appeared in the photos, it rained whike we where there and we got horribly wet every time we left the room to go anywhere.

Approximately to Riccarton mall Fluctuating shower temperature throughout the stay, room was hard to heat and lack of blanket

Great Location We got the Deluxe suite advertised with extra large bed, it was a queen at best, no table to eat at, only a jug for hot drinks. Would have been better off in the 1 bedroom cheaper unit. No menu for restaurant or bar
