Great to be able to walk to Riccarton Mall to avoid the hassle of parking during Christmas mayhem. Plenty of food options within 5 minutes walk. The heated towel rail in bathroom was awesome for a heated towel in the morning as it was a cold wet day. Easy parking close to the unit. I found it a bit messy outside the units. Trailer of piled up rubbish with overflow of 'stuff' that I had to walk past. Detracted from the overall look of the place.

Marco had my room ready early for an early check-in. Great location close to Riccarton Mall. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room. All good.

The bathroom floor was very slippery. I thought I'd booked two bedrooms with a bedroom in the lounge so each guest has their own space at night but there were twin beds in one bedroom and no bed in the lounge.
