Welcome to Riccarton Mall Motel! It is conveniently located opposite the largest mall in South Island, easy walking distance to many restaurants, and just 3 minutes’ walk from the Metro Bus Lounge, with regular buses to the airport and city center. It is only 5 minutes’ drive to the city center. The motel was renovated on October 2021 . We are excited to bring you a more pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms are fully serviced and have new furnishings, air conditioning, electric blanket, and high-pressure gas shower. Guests also enjoy complimentary Netflix, Spark Sport, and fast WiFi internet. We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Riccarton Mall, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and happy to help with local recommendations. Parking was convenient, and despite being close to everything, the room was quiet at night. Great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again.

Road sweeper man cleaning the carpark across the road at the mall at 9pm- noisy.

Pricing is getting a little on the high side, and it appears that some maintenance may be over due ie paint work refresh, mould in parts of the bathroom.

Nice and close to shopping Mall and restaurants and easy access to public transport to get into the city. Was a comfortable stay. The person who runs the Motel was very accommodating and friendly. This Motel is looking a little dated, may be in need of a renovation

Great location and easy check in and out. Room was good with everything you need. Easy parking and quiet considering the central location. Bed was super bouncy so didn't get a huge amount of sleep. But personal preference I guess.
