For the money, VitaNova is exceptional. I visit Chch a lot as my daughter studies here, and this is the best motel I have stayed in. The hosts were so kind to me and went above and beyond. I will be back. Nothing.

We were arriving late at night from a flight, the owners were very helpful and sent good instructions to us on how to get into the room.

We have stayed at Vita Nova before. The location is super convenient to the university and all the amenities in and around the Westfield Riccarton Mall. The staff are very helpful. During our winter stay they helped with de-icing the car windows before we set off each day. The room itself was very clean and well presented. We always enjoy our stays here. The towels and facecloths are starting to fray quite badly. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor needs a good scrub. Neither of these things would put us off staying again as they are easily addressed.
