Easy to find and great value for money. Shower was amazing Lovely and warm Maybe the light colored carpets need changing to a hard floor or a darker color as being light shows every historic mark although very clean.

Convenient and inexpensive. No onsite staff which made it a little more complicated moving in. (But manageable)

Good location - handy to eating places. 12 minute walk to the city centre. Bathroom & kitchen facilities were in good condition or new. Beds were okay. There is no reception so you can't just arrive and be seen. The entrance is a single door alongside the street which you can't enter. (no dedicated parking). We had to ring one of 4 phone numbers to get somebody to come. It took 25 minutes for them to arrive (we were early). False advertising which states "The hotel features a restaurant serving Japanese, Korean, sushi, and Asian cuisines for lunch and dinner". There are no restaurants on site. In our room, the kitchens only had limited supplies of plates and cutlery etc. - no cereal bowls, no teaspoons, and no teatowels. The rooms were supposed to be soundproofed but we had people next door arguing at 4 am and it was very loud. The worst experience was when we moved to another room. One bed had been urinated in by a previous guest. The cleaners must have spotted this but they only changed the sheets leaving the mattress wet. The price was very expensive for the standard and quality.

Absolutely nothing !!! Looked nothing like the photos provided in the ad . Dingy room no windows two single beds stuck together. No staff anywhere but lots of cameras. Creepy feel about the place. Absolute day light robbery to take $500 off us for this place. You need to take it off your website !!!

The location was good Self checking, skylight was not working neither the blind. Stay in the articula stay the all stay. AC was not working. Cleaning was very light.

Bed was comfy Room wasn't ready when we arrived, said check in from 2, wasn't ready until 4. Had to call someone to come when we arrived which took a while. Said it was 2 bedroom apartment, was only 1. Carpets were so dirty, hole in the wall. Said all toiletries provides, no shampoo or conditioner. There was a sulphur/chemical smell. Overall not a great experience.

I booked Colombo motel and got put Into riccarton motel, so my answers relate to 166 riccarton rd NOT Colombo lodge motelp A spa bath that worked, but the bath was sufficient. Would have been better if spa bath worked... Wasn't necessary for me but yeah it would have been nice. !! No tea towel to dry dishes. I washed them but couldn't dry and put away.

Mr room was not clean and they give me first room number 1 and then after i arrived they say room number 6 and the teeth brush was already used in the toilet and i found hair on the bed

It was close to the event we went to. The photos are deceptive, it looks clean and classy, but in reality it isn't well looked after pretty rough. Plenty of stains and marks all over the place. It served its purpose but wouldn't book it again.

Carpet is a little stained but not that big of a deal

Please beware the photos online look NOTHING like real life. The rooms were dirty. Our bedding was filthy. Was very isolated as it was quite far from the main city. We felt really unsafe staying here, the area and the staff didn't give off a very good vibe.

Hi team, this motel/hotel advertise that they allow checkin till midnight however this is not the case. They messaged us details to enter the hotel and advised our room will be room 9. After taking the key and entering the room, there was a naked man sleeping in our room. My wife and i were completely shocked. We tried to contact them however they told us to text message only. On text message they told us to take room 10 key and knock before we enter. At 12:30 at night, they want us to knock rooms of their hotel room. This was a total shock for me and my wife especially seeing that naked man in our room sleeping. Because of this, we had to sleep in our car which was another nightmare as we couldn’t find any hotel that was opened

The shower was excellent Bed was comfortable I liked the location & the vibe of the area Didn't have much to do with the staff - the times that I did - they were pleasant Close to amenities, food outlets, easy walking distance to town, buses were close by Thought that the cost for an extra night was a bit excessive but paid it as I wanted to stay an extra night Was a weird way to check in - never had that before, but once I rang the person - they came out and showed me what to do, after that it was a breeze The room was ok - not a 4 star - maybe a 3 Carpet needed a good clean

Friendly staff The snot wiped on walls, Big dirty black hand marks coming down the roof window onto ceiling, Washing machine was out of order
