Clean and tidy, well looked after dorms. Lots of storage in the room. Shared toilet/shower clean and good shower pressure. Staff lovely. Buffet ok selection. Kitchen good storage and facilities. Parking available I think the on-site parking is alittle pricey but you pay for the convenience. Buffet ok but I it took them a while to top up the food. There is only eggs and bacon on hot buffet selection. Kitchen ok size but if it gets busy might be abit tight, same with toilets only few to share across several dorm rooms.

A historic icon in the best possible location! The Park and The Art Centre are at your doorstep. I was a three year resident of this Hotel when it was the YMCA, back in the mid 90’s, and back then it was amazing. The Kind Foundation have taken it, and made it EVEN BETTER! Amazing staff and great EVERYTHING! It’s all for a good cause too! I am recommending this Hotel to everyone I know. Everything

Simple, clean room, convenient location, great value for money. The breakfast was nice but could have had a few more options. Nothing really, it's a good value for money and very decent for spending a few days as a solo traveler.

The location and staff were very friendly. I was a bit shocked that the hotel presents the duvets without any covers on them. I have worked in housekeeping and I know that they are not washed for every customer and it’s a bit crazy that the hotel don’t use covers. There were stains on ours.
