RECPTION DESK STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND UNDERSTOOD CORE NEEDS OF THE TRAVELLER . BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN , WALKING DISTANCE TO DOWNTOWN FROM THIS PROPERTY.WEWOULD LIKE TO BOOK THE SAME PLACE EVERYTIME WE VISIT CHRISTCHURCH. BREAKFAST AREA WAS VERY SMALL .

Location is walking distance from central CHC but there are some hotels that would be better location wise. The parking facilities were great and easy to access. Can't really think of anything.
-
Location is good, very convenient, environment is clean. There is no window which can be opened, no window in the bathroom
-
easy to find, great location, clean with comfy bed
-
Didn't have the breakfast. The location was great and was very close to other business that I was in Chch for. Nothing
-
Cleanliness, location Rubbish bin in room, usual extras such as tissues and shower cap. Knife and fork in room
-
Good location to walk downtown. Good place to spend a couple of days to visit Christchurch and to start a trip through the South island.

Same comments as a previous review.

It was very easy to get to and the property itself was clean and updated.

They charged additional fees for using a credit card- I asked for a folio to be emailed and never received it. There is no sound insulation in the hallways and it’s very loud.

This place is a fantastic find if you're looking for a modern, central base in Christchurch. It’s located on Kilmore Street, which is super convenient—you can easily walk to the Riverside Market and the Botanic Gardens. Stay here for the location. While the on-site dining is modest, you are within a 10-minute stroll of roughly 80% of Christchurch's top-tier restaurants. It’s an ideal base if you want to leave the car behind and explore the city's blossoming food scene on foot. Best for Budget: We parked on the street after 6:00 PM, but be ready to move your car by 9:00 AM the next morning to avoid a ticket. There were plenty of options available at 6 PM next to the hotel. I felt just as comfortable parking in front of the hotel as next to the hotel. Limited onsite parking is best for Convenience: Pay the NZD 20 for the hotel lot—but arrive early (as close to the 2:00 PM check-in as possible) to snag a spot. We arrived after 5PM and missed the window.

Staff amazing. Breakfast very good. Large room. Good location. Nothing.
-
very central to the Conferences centre and can walk to town the apartment couch and some of the kitchen bar chairs were very dirty. They are covered in linen and there are sweat/direct marks and stains on them. I did not feel comfortable sitting directly on them so had to put towels down before I sat on the furniture
-
Friendly staff and fantastic location in Christchurch - we could literally walk everywhere from botanical gardens to riverside market. Perfect for our stay. Our room was large and had a small kitchen set up which was appreciated. Highly recommend for a stay in Christchurch.
-
Breakfast was very basic .old toaster that triggered a smoke alarm with evacuation in early morning .
-
Fantastic location, easy walk to central Christchurch. Big rooms
-
NA Room acoustics we noisy form hallway
-
Layout No staff participation. Very impersonal. charged us for checking in early. We simply asked “when can we check in?” The reconciliation needed to be approved by someone in Auckland within a week or so?!
-
Very basic amenities .breakfast was very limited.
