Convenient location No water provided. You needed to spend fortune to get water. They provide tea and coffee but no water

Good No microwave and cups

Super cheap accomodation if you're not planning to sleep. Beds were purchased when the hotel opened in the middle of the 1900's.

The bathroom was the only decent thing in the hotel room. The rest awful The manager , not over friendly . The photo for the room on his web site was actually different to the room advertised. He said sorry they need to upgrade the photos a mistake.. False advertising don't you think ? You think he would have had the decency to upgrade the room for us when I brought up this question ? Sorry is not good enough. The room smelt bad , it was filthy , there are no cupboards in the room. Full mirror not attached to the wall. Went to fill the kettle with water , black particles come out of it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the worst . I will be approaching the authorities about this room in the next week.Simply not good enough and really no excuse for this . The manager needs to fix the issues. He gives a lot of excuses in his reviews.

Rooms were pretty rough in the bedroom area. Floor was very sticky with a strong musty mouldy smell. Bathroom was clean & updated. Linen and towels was clean ?

Clean, comfortable room next to a nice restaurant and sports bar.

Nothing Terrible room. Located next to the keno bar where there were lots of loud drunken patrons carrying on through the night. The room was a disgrace! No table, chairs, no facilities to hang up/store clothing, dirty bedside benches, leaking shower handle, no toilet roll holder, TV would not work; kettle cord would not reach power point; think bed cover that was so short it wouldn't cover the whole body of guest using bed; thin soft mattress. Also hotel provided no guest book with local attractions; hotel protocols; access to WiFi etc

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. It enjoys a good location. It offers easy access to and from Sydney. It has a big parking lot. The room and bathroom were clean. It is a run down place (corrdior carpet needs cleaning, the furniture in the room is old, etc.). We asked for a late check in but it was a bit chaotic: it was dark and the staff attending were not knowledgeable enough to offer us any information we requested. The hotel shares the facilities with a casino and its customers walk around drinking, smoking, which is a hassle if you travel with children.

Cause it's near to where l go. I didn't like the bed cause I found a bed bite on top of my pillow

Arrived 10 minutes before check in, didn’t have keys for the room and didn’t know when they would get them. We got the keys half hour after check in. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and seems very unorganised. Had to pay a security deposit even though I had through booking.com. Staff had left cleaning products in the rooms, floors weren’t vacuumed and the beds were broken. Bed heads were broken and sitting on the ground. Barely any lighting.

N/A power points didn't work, couldn't open any windows, furniture and curtains all damaged, pillows and bed OK
