Location Easy check in The lower level smelt of a really bad odour and the carpet was mouldy in. Certain spots.

Location Amenities in the room is very minimal, no hand towels, no hair dryer I couldn’t have a proper shower because I can’t dry my hair.

Easy to find The staff not friendly at all, no iron, no sugar, only coffee, i come with my friend, i already book early, after chek in and my friend want to chek in staff asked me to change room, and i need to add more money, will not comeback, very rude how she treat me. But for my friend she can easier book in,

Clean presentable, coffee, tea , milk all there. The shower head was at my chest height, my pillow was like a bag of cement, one tv remote between 2 rooms , no insulation from outside service station, noisy all night , no double glazing on windows, could hear conversations from other rooms .

The location is pretty good as it's close to the shops and next to a service station. I also appreciated an outside eating and social area even though we didn't use it. I'm glad there was a microwave even if it's in the laundry. The shower was good. The room could've used more artwork to improve atmosphere, having just one seemed uninspired. Also the kettle wasn't great as my companion called it a hazard due to leaking water. Also an extra pillow and blanket would've been nice. For comfort and warmth.
