The location. Lack of communication from staff. Pool not available when it advertises a pool - booking was based on this and this location did not provide this. The room smelt so damp. The ‘toiletries’ they provide is sachets of shampoo and conditioner and soap. No wifi password provided. Rubbish littered throughout the location. Washer and dryer old and littered with mould. Laundry looks like it has not been cleaned in years. So disappointing. Paying over $500 for a 3 night stay - NOT WORTH IT.

We enjoyed our stay at T&C motel, getting to know and appreciate the Strathfield area and it's closeness to Sydney and surrounds.

The bed was comfortable. Most amenities were provided. Close Parking was ideal. Nearby to appointment location, No hair dryer provided. No extra blanket. No lounge chair. TV remote was not working properly, Could only access a few channels. Reception was closed on a Sunday. Pool closed for maintenance.
