Very convenient location, close to train and bus to airport. Facilities had everything I needed for a short stay. Spacious room with bathroom/shower. Balcony was an added bonus! It's close to airport so some noise is expected.

It is easy to get there from the airport, the zone is safety for walking and the train station is 5 minutes walking Good for the price

This was my 2nd visit here and will continue to return in the future. It's perfect for location to train station and airport. It's clean and the price is very reasonable. People complaining the staff only speak Italian?..it's Italy that you're visiting...use Google translate or make an effort to learn basic Italian when visiting their country. Some noise from airport and local services, like trash collection.

It is close to the railway station and a bus stop to the airport. If you need, it is possible to walk to the airport at night for example. It is a good alternative to stay in the city center of Rome, it takes only 20 minutes by train to go to Termini.

A bit oudated and host was a bit rude

Location is fantastic - about 200 yards from Ciampino train station. The room was very clean and the nice lady that greets you is very helpful (although she has very little English). The 'breakfast' is a bit silly. It just consists of two tiny bits of toast from a packet and some jam, which are there when you arrive. Also the Nespresso machine makes very nice coffee, but you're only supplied with one pod.

Good accomodation in Chiampino just minutes away from the train station and airport bus stop. Also super close to the supermarket and food points. It actually looks better than on photos) It is a huge apartment in a nice building with separate rooms for rent. We stayed in the room with private shower and big balcony. It was surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed and nice ceiling fan. There is a capsule coffee machine. The host met us in the inner yard and showed everything (she didn’t speak English though). In our case there were no issues and it perfectly served our needs. Just write them when you are planning to arrive some time ahead. And for the proper breakfast you need to go out.

Friendly welcome, easy check-in. Early check-in was no problem. Water, juice, coffee, and small pastries provided. Ceiling fan was sufficient. Minutes from the train station and bus stops, as well as coffee shops, pizza restaurants, and a supermarket.

The check-in was zero-stress, the room was bigger than expected, and it came with a private bathroom plus a balcony so large you could practically do yoga out there. Yeah, Italian summer hit hard, but that trusty ceiling fan saved the day. Location shines: Just a 2-3 minute walk to Ciampino train station and the airport shuttle bus stop. Ideal for early flights.

Property is a very short walk from the train station and airlink bus to Ciampino airport. It was very clean and host was responsive. The price was very competitive. Bathroom floor drain was blocked or needed repair. After showering the floor was completely flooded.

The location was excellent - a 2-minute walk to the train station where it is only a 15 minute train ride to Rome. Also, easy to catch a bus there to Ciampino airport. Room was spacious with a balcony facing south, so lots of sun. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Anna was there to greet me as soon as I pressed the bell. Walls are not soundproofed well, so I could hear people having conversations in other rooms. The bathroom floor was always wet. I think a pipe or the toilet was leaking. When I took a shower, in the shared bathroom, someone repeatedly pounded at the door even though I was in there only 10-15 minutes.

Very nice and clean place.

It was an easy short walk to bus stop to take flight from ciampino airport, literally down the street. The towels were so old, the pillow was so old and out of shape, bedding felt slept in or whether it was just old sheets, the bathroom was not clean, the toilet was leaking, felt unhygienic.

Access to subway station within 300 metres. Quick and easy check in and early check in time. Not as expected in regard to access to the airport. The airport is 10 minute drive and 55 Euros Uber through the night and the bus is not accessible after 11pm which made it difficult for us to catch our flight.

Clean and quiet place, easy to go to Ciampino airport. On site it looked even better than in the pictures. No warm welcome for English speakers. Not enough toiletries, bedding could also be better.
