Good location, quiet place. If you want to get to Rome there’s a train station at 10 mins by walking. (The last train to come back close to 21:30) Good restaurants and a Supermarket nearby, only 2 or 3 minutos by walking. Thank you Marco and the Staff, it’s was a very good time in your place! Nothing bad to say.

The shared Kitchen is nice. The owner/manager asked me to send a photo of my passport over WhatsApp or email, a serious invasion of privacy. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European Union law focused on data protection and privacy for individuals within the EU and EEA (https://gdpr-info.eu). This hotel owner is in serious legal violation of the GDPR. No responsible traveler should be asked to send sensitive documents through insecure channels. When I refused (rightfully), he took a photo of my passport himself and stored it on his personal phone, without consent, another flagrant legal violation of the GDPR. Then, he turned me in to the police. I’ve never had any issue with my passport card anywhere else, yet this owner reported me and then came back later to take more pictures of my private information in violation of international law. This is completely unacceptable and a massive violation of trust. Beyond that, the so-called B&B itself is just not worth it: • Air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s shut off in the morning, we woke up sweating both days. • No fan in the room, so you’re stuck in the heat. • They charge extra fees upon arrival, calling it a “tax.” • No complimentary coffee in the morning, even though the rates are already overpriced. They charge you for a small cup of coffee, and there is no kettle for tea in the morning, an essential for travelers. • Absurdly early checkout time at 10 a.m., which is harsh and unnecessary. And he will knock on the door to make sure you leave on time. AND MAINLY, the Owner is in violation of European law. FYI: Know your rights under GDPR Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU: • Personal data must be handled securely and only for a specific purpose • Individuals have the right to know how their data is used, stored, and who accesses it. • A photo on a private phone likely violates GDPR unless very specific conditions are met.

Value for money accommodation Very close to Ciampino Airport but it is not walking distance Quite Clean and l communication with the owners was really great and smooth Free parking which is great as I rent a car and needed one Breakfast doesn’t look like it had vegan options I checked in very late, didn’t have water all night so make sure you bring some before reaching the accommodation ?

Very good place for a night before or after a flight. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathroom, kitchen with self-service, simple breakfast. The machine for coffee is an interesting solution and serves really good coffee actually. Coffee machine makes a lot of noise, which can wake you up.

the price and the location to the airport was why we chose this place our flight was delayed and we got in very late and had to leave very early in the morning. Arriving so late at night was a little scary pulling down that little street. We couldn't see what was around us.

The atmosphere was really nice and with a warm feeling. It felt like a home! Nice smell at the main entrance! Very good WiFi connection! It didn’t have a table light

room was spacious and clean owner Marco was helpful and understanding missed the breakfast as I had to check out early so cannot comment. Good location Room could have been little more illumunated Aircon usage appeared conditional , tbough it is part of service but still needs to be requested. However Marco was kind enough to keep it on for me.
