Beautiful hotel

My whole experience with the staff and the room and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. And the breakfast was very tasteful. I would stay referred it to anyone thank you.

The hotel was clean and the staff were all amazing. The only drawbacks were 1. The rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves 2. The parking situation. We were aware and prepared for the parking situation ahead of time. We thought we would try to save some money and self park though instead of valet. All of the elevators in the garage were out of order. Fortunately we didn't have a ton of luggage, but if we had, that would have been arduous. Overall though this hotel was great. We would definitely stay again. It is walkable to all of the downtown attractions including The Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium. There are numerous restaurants nearby too.The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

hotel room and breakfast all good - but I left my dyson dry cleaner in the room and NO ONE has helped me find it. filed a claim, called and called - go NO HELP and NO RESPNOSE. So do not stay here if you value your property!

All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable

Everything was very clean and nice. However there is a master switch to control all lights. There was also a master switch that controlled the bath area attached to the bedroom and the light in the toilet/shower area. So at night, while there was a nightlight that lit the area outside the water closet and the bedroom, there is no light in the water closet.

Enjoyed our stay. All staff from checkin to breakfast was amazing.

The location is really great and the valet service was nice, but it costs $42 a day(with in/out privileges).

Great location walkable to river walk and many sights. Breakfast was great. Room was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

It should be very noticeable on how much it will cost for public parking and that no parking is available or covered under your room cost. The staff was not helpful nor personable or friendly when asked questions. I did not stay and spent money on another place as no one in that hotel made it very comfortable to stay in.

Also, the toilet hummed every-time it was flushed. Which isn’t a functionality problem, but weird it wouldn't have been addressed considering the cost per night of a room. It was a great location, close to the hotel hosting the convention I was attending, but I don’t think I would make it a point to stay here again, if there is vacancy at another facility within a mile.

The rooms are each unique, spacious, and interesting, in a cool, historic downtown converted office building. Breakfast was wide-ranging and quite good.

These are all relatively minor items: very weak, old blow dryer, no fridge in the room, TV volume very low. All else just fine.

Very clean and spacious room, breakfast was great with many options to choose from. Breakfast area was very clean and well maintained and so was the workout area. Staff was very helpful and willing to assist in anything! How do you recommend this place!

Stayed for one night and it was okay. Less than ideal for the price. Mostly clean except for the handprints/fingerprints on the headboard, which was a bit unsettling. Also, AC did not work so it was nearly 80 degrees in the room. When we mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout, they said it was our fault because we should’ve lowered it one or two degrees every time each hour. As if we had nothing to do except sit in our hotel room for 6 hours straight… Would probably not come here again. Much better hotels in the area for similar price.

Vanity in bathroom too wide so you cannot sit on toilet straight, no room for right leg. Sounds crazy but someone bought vanities too deep for the area and noone bothered fixing the problem…..sink didn’t drain and was gross….no refrigerator and everytime you go to front desk all they have is warm water…lobby on floor 1 is hot and filthy…oh yeah no vending machines and ice machine was broken the whole stay….other than that it was perfect!!
