Clean. Walking distance to sporting venues. nice bar/bartenders. Nice gym. Nice rooms (would be nice if they had thinner pillows along with the ones the have, so you can choose). Close to restaurants and bars.

For the price, I expected a ton more out of this hotel. First, the great: almost every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. One standout in particular was Christian, who was at the front desk when I arrived and helped us get our belongings up into the room. But the room. I booked the Executive King. The room had a useful layout and lots of windows, however the views were blocked by neighboring buildings, making us feel claustrophobic. The sofa is basically like sitting on two-by-fours. And the room and bathroom were fairly dinged up. Again, this was extremely disappointing when dropping $1,400 for a four night stay.

The hotel is a vibe. The staff is cool, the area is walkable. The room design I enjoyed a lot. Would definitely stay here again

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel and it is in a great location!

The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.

Everyone we talked to that worked at the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. Great service there, too. Would stay here again.

Very nice staff was great Nice comfortable place downtown close to everything you need

The valet was a little under-staffed for the surge times. Naturally everyone checks out at the check out time, so there may need to be more staff. For the outrageous valet fee it seems feasible to hire more help. The loud music while trying to check in was also a challenge.

The location and the comfort of the bedding were our favorite features. The updated design was good as well. The valet was a little under-staffed for the surge times. Naturally everyone checks out at the check out time, so there may need to be more staff. For the outrageous valet fee it seems feasible to hire more help. The loud music while trying to check in was also a challenge.

We got a last-minute room here and was very happy with the spacious accommodations and friendly folks. Wish we had more time to explore Cincy. Some of the immediate neighborhood was under extreme renovation - but it'll be really nice in a couple years. No parking, no entry way for cars but easy meter parking just down the block.
