Everything thing was great except for some reason the exercise room is on the 2nd floor and our room was right across from it and we were woken up at 7am because someone was dropping weights on the floor. It was so loud that the front desk said people on the 6th floor were complaining.

Hands down the most friendly staff ever. All super outgoing and helpful.

staff was very kind

The room had a nasty musty smell

1. The television wasn’t working properly. I didn’t report this because i didn’t have time to deal with it. 2. The counter staff on my checkout day was unfriendly and rude. It was her demeanor on the phone with someone while I was standing there and also to another customer and myself. That being said, I will still be likely to return because i recognize that sometimes people are having a bad day and things can break, and my past experiences have been better.

Asked for cleaning service and never received it. We got fresh towels from the front desk. The breakfast was nominal and on the first morning they ran out of items. The manager Johnathan was very nice and so was Travis but the older woman could hardly speak to us! The toilet suction was so loud especially if used during the night and we had a difficult time regulating cool air for the room . We also the golf channel and it would not transfer over to CBS affiliate . They have some glitches!!

We have stayed here before, there was a notice of the water being shut off in the morning, from 10 am -to 5pm, it was well advertised at check in. However it was cancelled and I would not have known if I didn’t ask . Should have relayed that info to guests. Overall nice stay

To top it off, I left my kindle in the room and the person cleaning it turned it in and the staff called me right away! Will stay there whenever I’m staying in town!!

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in and around Cincinnati. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile, and were very attentive towards guests. It was a little concerning that several guests had their windows In their vehicles smashed in overnight in the parking lot. This is not the first time this has happened. We probably won't stay here again because this seems to be a reoccurring thing, and I don't want to chance that happening to me.
-
Great hotel in a good location for downtown and in a very nice area. The only downside was people smoking pot outside in the back that seemed to seep in the room. Hampton does a good job as always!

Everything was great. Just a few minor things. The rugs in the elevators were dirty and stained. They did remove them once while we're there. They were a bit cleaner but still stained. But that definitely doesn't change my outlook of the property. The desk staff (both night and day shifts) were AWESOME. Very friendly and great customer service. If I had to complain about something I will have to mention the very awkward location of the faucet on the bathroom sink. I don't know who designed it, but please don't do that again unless it is made with a faucet that sticks out further into the sink. Water was getting everywhere when washing our hands. I had to keep a hand towel at the base of the faucet so it would catch the water before it cascades onto the floor.

breakfast from 6-10am if you didn't get their at 6 your left with scarps leftovers

Superb

Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer
