Convenient to several things in Cincinnati. Great staff

Nice and clean!! Very friendly!! Website says breakfast, does not.

There were some maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of (dust around the A/C vents, light bulbs that were out), but we only stayed for a night and just dealt with them. Brought them up to the front desk upon check out, so hopefully they’ll be taken care. Otherwise, no issues and was happy with the experience given the price point.

I loved this place so incredibly much. The staff was so helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, I loved the guy that worked there, and the women was so funny!! And had conversations with me, gave me some free waters!!! Awesome place. Will visit again.

Bed seems as if it had hairs on/in it

As mentioned in other reviews, the hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The room itself had a dog urine smell and there was definitely something crawling around in the ceiling. Overall this was not a pleasant experience.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom really needs some shelves or surfaces you can put your personal belongings for shaving or brushing teeth. There is a pedestal sink, no towel racks, and no shelves. Also it would be nice to have a remote for the TV that will let you change the input source so I can attach a laptop and watch whatever I want.

The room was large enough for 2 adults and a dog. The room smelled of tobacco. Bedding felt dirty.

Smelled like an ashtray. Our non-smoking room had cigarette ashes all over the bathroom floor

The place was disgusting. Absolutely filthy. Things were damaged in our room. The shutters had holes in them.. letting light in when trying to sleep. There were crumbs in our bed when we got there, raising the question if our sheets were even replaced after already being used... Literally everything was dirty.. floors were extremely dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I felt unsafe using anything there for the shear fact of not being sure they gave us clean materials to use... such as towels and what not. Definitely was not worth the money spent. Extremely disappointing and would 100% NOT recommend.

Stayed for one night after a Kings Island trip with family and the room was really nice. Will definitely stay again

The hallways had an odor of smoke and weed. The bathroom was not very clean. Overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. I do not plan to stay here again.

Staff was super nice and helpful! Very close to Kings Island and close to businesses like Walmart, restaurants, etc. I had issues unrelated to the hotel on a visit to Kings Island. My cell phone broke and would not turn on. I borrowed someone's phone to get directions from the park to the hotel and they were very easy. Once at the hotel, the staff was kind and helpful. I used the "business center" which was little more than a very old and slow desktop on a cheap desk, but I was able to write down directions home and email my family that was 3 hours away and worried. The facilities were very dated. Brown decor everywhere. When I booked the room, though, I was more concerned about price, location, and being pet friendly. I ended up not bringing my dog, though. The room could have been cleaner. I saw some dirt/crumbs on the floor at the head of my bed. I couldn't make out going calls or calls to the front desk on the room's phone. Staff was very kind to forward calls to my room. Our room had a window facing the road and you could hear trucks and traffic. It didn't bother me, but if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. Overall, I was pleased. I did not complain to staff about anything. I figure they would have tried to accomodate me, though. The only thing that bothered me was the dirt, but I was really tired and didn't see any signs of bugs or dirt on the actual bed. I am just listing things to give others an informed account.

Convenient location. No pool.

Nothing Smelled like cigarettes and was dirty didn’t have fresh sheets either

Close to Kings island Had availability Front desk guys was so nice and friendly(on Friday night) Rooms were definitely clean! Had smoking rooms(but it was all left so that was our choice) room faintly smelled smoke, so was very clean. Con... but holes in Blanket

The tile in the bathroom area is slick and dangerous and my wife slipped trying to get dressed hitting her head and injuring her hip

I never review hotels but felt I must after this stay. Hallways smelled of smoke and appeared to have long term tenants staying in rooms. Room had peeling paint and floors were dirty. Bathtub was stained as is it had been left with water for a long time. Do not recommended staying here unless it is a last resort.
-
Terrible washroom without any counter space (stand alone sink) few towels. Few carts for luggage.

Decent room, bathroom coul use some updating. A few dust bunnies hanging out under the bed that could be swept up. Weird noise by our room but could have been the elevator. No problem checking in super late.
