I reserved two rooms. Neither was cleaned during our three day stay. The breakfast is better than nothing but that's not saying much. Being able to work out when I'm on the road is very important to me. The exercise facilities were less than what I'm used to when traveling.

The staff was very friendly, but my room was never cleaned for the whole duration of my stay. This included no restock of towels, no changing of my sheets, etc. One of my guests also got locked in the bathroom and the door have to be broken down. No one ever came to clean up the scattered woodchips until we said something.

Newly opened, staff was very friendly. The rooms are very affordable, clean and plenty of outlets for electronic devices. Air conditioner was on point.One problem in my room was the tub was too slippery for a shower without a towel in the bottom to prevent falling.

I BOOKED A KING ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. WAS GIVEN A DOUBLE ROOM AT CHECK IN. I ADDRESSED IT AT THER END OF MY STAY. ATTENDANT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH SYMPATHY FOR ME. I BOOKED SPARK SPECIFICALLY FOR A KING AT $600. COULD HAVE EASILY GOTTEN A DOUBLE MUCH CLOSER TO MY DESTINATION SIKTE FOR $450. NOT HAPPY WITH THE PROPERTY. WON'T BE USING SPARK OR HILTON AGAIN!

The hotel was okay for what I was visiting for. Really liked the 3 bedroom suite, just needed more lighting and possibly a tv in the bedroom.

I was on a 4-day stay and after waiting the first 2 days, I had to go beg at the reception for my toon to be cleaned on the 3rd day! Only for the front desk staff ( I won’t say all the staffs but I met the worst one that checked me in and was still the one I talked to on the 3rd day) that I need my room to be cleaned and my beddings changed at least, bathroom only had 3 towels and 2 sets of everything , about to be all used … he told me he is sorry but they can’t put my room on the list of rooms to be cleaned becos the list of the rooms to be cleaned and attended to is already filled for the day . Terrible experience! Yet same day, another staff offered to arrange a cleaner to come and clean my room and changed my toiletries after I complained . Terrible experience and will NEVER be in any “Spark hotel”!

The room was clean. Staff was nice upon check-in. Air conditioner made such a horrible noises all night long that it was hard to rest. Pillows were flat was difficult to rest due to the AC unit.

Horrible. The lady at the front desk was sweet and the only reason we didn't leave! Definitely shouldn't be able to use "by Hilton". Will NOT stay again next year!

My kids do travel sports so we stay in quite a few hotels. I honestly dont know where to begin to even start. My room had no TV, even though pictures showed a TV. Check in was horrible, staff were not very welcoming. I got the 1 bedroom room with 3 beds and a pull out couch. I shut my bedroom door then proceeded to get stuck in the room almost breaking the door to get out. Same goes for the door to get in the room. There were no sheets for pull out bed had to go and retrieve ourselves. There was left over trash from previous people, in the shower.
