SpringHill Suites Cincinnati North/Forest Park

We are not fancy people and are easily pleased, but this was gross considering price (also charged more than reservation price!). The hallway floors were stained and unvacuumed, the room floors stained and sticky. I walk around barefoot all the time, but wouldn't on this carpet. We had a dead spider and literal dirt on our beds. The lamp shade had various mystery goo/splatters. Counter surfaces did not look clean. The positive reviews about the breakfast seem to refer to the other location b/c this breakfast was not terrible, but definitely low budget. And on top of all that, it took us 30 mins to get checked in. We were only staying one night, short trip, so I did not want to waste our time complaining or finding a different hotel. Great "party" location if that's what you're looking for - plenty of drinking and socializing. I suspect that's the trade off: they let you do what you want, you accept it's dirty and poorly maintained.

Easy highway access Room could of been cleaner. Mold on bathroom ceiling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn't connect to wifi in the room.

The breakfast was good There was no internet through our entire 3 night stay,. We had to call the internet security team ourselves (over 1hr of calltime over multiple calls) to fix it instead of the hotel staff doing that,. And it still wasn't fixed by the end of our trip. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience. TV didn't work. Service at check in wasn't very pleasant. We booked a double queen and the room felt extremely crammed. We had to leave about 20 minutes before the breakfast started and politely asked if they could unlock the fridge so we could have a milk or yogurt but the woman at the counter denied us and seemed annoyed by our request. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Not a bad hotel but seems like it needs some remodeling work. Maybe add black out curtains bc the light outside was still beaming in the room even with curtains closed.

It was a very nice stay

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was hallways and rooms smelled like a wet dog. It was a very rainy and humid weekend, so that could have caused it.

The room was cleaned and we'll maintained.

Great location for everything we needed to do in Cincy.

Beds were comfy but the room seemed somewhat in disrepair as did the property. Very loud highway noise and loud a/c in room. Coffee is good. Not worth what we paid for sure.

There are no snacks available to purchase. The Market wS almost empty.
