Good breakfast with nice variety offered, very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed comfortable. Pillows were really comfortable. Over all very nice hotel. We have stayed here before and will again.

We were checked in by a very friendly young man. He was helpful and inquired about our reason for being in the area. This led to a discussion about how fun it was to do thrifting. The only b complaint we had was the musty smell in the hall. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very clean. The whole place was clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was hot & good.

The cleanliness was great. But the A.C units didn’t really work so the room was very hot and muggy. And check in took so long didnt get into my room till 9pm cause of the system when I called customer service they didn’t help. Room service took a while to come when I ask for towels and tissue other than that the stay was okay!

The staff did an excellent. Griffin handled an issue immediately after I requested it. Thank you.

Staff uniformly friendly and extremely accommodating, especially front desk person Natalie-she is a gem! Hotel not easy to see from road, need GPS to easily find side road off-entrance.

Facility was an excellent shape, always clean and well-maintained Location is really great as we aren’t in a area of super high traffic, but there’s plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at. Room had a nice bathroom with sink and tub and shower all in one room( which we found out we prefer instead of having a sink in the room) Friendly front desk, staff and kitchen workers Several people were in vehicles in the parking lot, smoking pot and the smell was everywhere outside the building. I suppose it’s better than them smoking inside, but it was still kind of offputting.

Average property. My room's bathroom was a bit outdated and the door needs adjustment. I was significantly delayed and checking into my room and had to go to an event downtown in my travel clothes. Nothing was offered to

The worst part was Friday when we arrived, Hilton had a world wide computer outage and it took over 5 hours for us to be checked into our room. There has to be a better way than to make people wait that long to get into a room after traveling all day. Once they got us a room, there must have still had computer issues because they sent us to a room that already had occupants. Nothing like walking into someone else’s room! Customers should have been compensated for the inconvenience.

Nice place! Stayed two nights to see Reds games! Easily accessible to highway. Staff was super nice!
