Super 8 by Wyndham Cincinnati/Springdale OH

The room was nicer than the outside. The check in guy was nice. No carpet, comfy bed, TV worked, shower good, plenty of outlets. You get what you pay for. We paid $57. It looks really worn and is in need of a paint job and refresh. Some paint peeling and you can see where paint patches are. Pool was drained. Ice machine did not work. If you need a cheap place to sleep for a night, it is ok. If you are picky, stay someone else.

Avoid this place at all cost! Just RUN as fast, skip this place. Ultimately very sketchy. We are not able to sleep as the adjacent rooms have been drinking and for God knows what else they have been doing. We have to check out at 4am and got to move to another place as this is very unsafe. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

I'll try to be brief and to the point. The bed was clean and comfortable. The vinyl floor was very dirty. In the morning I discovered that they only sweep it, no sanitary mopping. Don't expect to have a cold drink because the ice maker doesn't work, just like the coffee or juice in the morning along with nothing else to eat. You get 2 skimpy thin wornout towels and get a skowel and cross words if you ask for anymore. Oh yeah, don't drop it on that floor because it will be filthy when you pick it up. Light above the mirror non working, smashed light fixtures. Noisey

Rooms need deep cleaning, lobby smells like a botánica, sheets with multiple stains. Place has a lot of potential and saw the staff making improvements. Great for the rate and very short stay.

There were no frills but they had what I needed when I needed it.

It looks condemned and also looks like you will catch a disease. I could not stay there.

Not only did we drive 9hrs to stay here, we showed up and tell us they sold our room. So called expedia, they try and find us a new place somewhere close to us. There was nothing some was going on in town, they then tell us just grab whatever you find and we will refund the amount at this time we've been on the phone for 2.5hrs through our first family dinner after driving all day. They tell us they aren't refunding now and we paid allot and it made us do a 3 day booking because the hotel didn't offer and one night at that time of day to book. Long story short we have had a terrible experience with Expedia. We were on a special 5 day trip with my family who is going through a lot. My son as been through a lot and that was on his bucket list of things to do. It put more of my family in stress then having my family enjoy a trip. Every agent, "managers" and "supervisors" we talked to all unhelpful. Very disappointed in the service and how we were treated.

They have roaches… invested with them in the bed bathroom sink on the door everywhere just running all around . Very unsatisfied

Check in area had such a stench, I was waiting for the Breaking Bad crew to come out of the kitchen. Moldy curtains. Deadbolts removed from the door. Fridge didn’t work. ZERO security. No amenities. Keys deactivated so had to constantly get new ones. If you’re a lady of the night or a crack head looking to rest your head, this place is for you. Anyone else, you would be better off in your car on the side of the highway.
