Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Springdale I275

What breakfast they didn't know what shampoo is I asked for some l was told no shampoo and handed me very small bars of soap I took a shower in the morning and got dressed and left, got back late changed into pajamas and fell asleep, I don't think I walked 25 feet barefoot went to bed, next morning I got up went to the bathroom probably walked another,25 feet bearfoot, went to get into the shower realizing I had my glasses on stepped out of the shower and Shure as hell I left a black footprint on the towel

The rooms are very clean. The staff is super nice and sweet and well Manor. I don’t believe they have a pool and the little kitchenette is a stove top. The rooms are nice and spacious the entire hotel and its property is nice. They are under renovations right now, so it’s probably gonna be much nicer when they’re done soon. Hurry and book.

This property was closer to a crack house than a decent hotel/motel room. I can provide picture if needed to believe how bad this property is to stay at, it should not be available on your web site.

It’s so old and rusted. Smells so bad. Mold on the roof and carpet

I was told they overbooked and I didn’t have a room when I arrived from 5 hours away. And there were no other places in the area. All booked. Slept in my car. Will never use extended stay or booking again and passing my experience along on every platform!!!

Nasty property

Everything.

Beware, if you book through Expedia you may get there and have no room. Not ideal at 10 pm on a Saturday night when you just got in from Kings Island and are hours away from home and have no where to stay.

Terrible experience. Even though the room was booked in advance the hotel claimed they were oversold because of maintenance and wouldn't give a refund

Showed up only to find out they had no room for us since they were doing renovations and overbooked. Why did they not call or email is unsure and annoying showing up after a long day at the park to only find out I have no bed to sleep in!!!

We got there and there were no rooms available. I was still charged for the room through expedia. I will be fighting the charge.

Bad

There wasn’t any staff at the desk when I got there to check in, an employee came to the office and said she wasn’t working but saw me waiting so she came in to help! She was very kind. The appliances and furniture is very outdated but everything worked. The shower/tub faucet was out of the wall. There were no beside lamps but overhead lights all worked.

Night clerk never showed up for work line of people trying to check in took over an hour finally day shift Clerk came to help out get people get checked in, 7 or 8 people left

Horrible

We reserved a room and paid when we reserved it. When we got there the evening, we were told there was no room for us because it was over booked. We saw several people were also told overbooked. We have to leave to look for other hotels. This was first time we experienced this thing.

You left me and my 6 year old to scramble in the middle of the night to find somewhere else. Unacceptable.

I couldn't stay there because it was supposedly no rooms and I got charged for nothing

At least there was a bed Everything. Still haven’t received my deposit back and it’s been over a week.
