Everything was simple, easy, and well handled by the staff at the check in/out.The room was great, big and perfectly clean. We are not fond of AC. So we always like to have the opportunity to open a window in a room and for some reason to only window was locked. Those measures are probably been taken to prevent clients to let the AC running and open a window at the same time and create a loss of energy. Even if it makes sense, as a responsible customer it would have been nice to have the choice of opening the window.

Spacious room. Staff were okay. The name mentioned on booking.com is a misrepresentation of its actual name on google. Because when one searches with the name above it leads to a hotel in central milan. We were shocked to find out that the actual hotel was actually on the outskirts of milan around 45 minutes by public transport and that the actual name was ‘’Milan king hotel”. Moreover, the bathroom door had no lock which was a nuisance. The separator between the bathtub and the rest of the bathroom was leaky as well. Location is a bit far from Central milan.
