Breakfast was great, location too. near to a supermarket and metro station is near, which was very convenient for our travel. Room was comfortable, but not clean enough, a bit outdated. good for a short stay, but would not recommend for a longer stay

I am a customer of boooking, the Rooms were very warm it was 29 degrees…we can’t sleep me and my friend it was the worst night had it in my life in the hotels also the eggs in the breakfast not frish, Even the hotel staff did not apologize for these mistakes and if you want I can send you the photos.

We booked 4 nights but checked out after the first night. We found bed bugs in our room (photos/video available). After that night, I developed over 30 visible bite reactions. We reported it immediately at reception and left the next morning because we did not feel safe staying any longer. Since then, the hotel management has completely ignored all our emails for over 16 days. In my view, it is highly unprofessional for management to remain silent and not communicate with guests after such a serious health and safety complaint. Stay away until this property can demonstrate verified professional pest control and proper hygiene measures.

We asked for a cab in the morning at a specific time , double checked in the evening that the cab will be there . But the girl seems like to just forgot about our order, we were lucky to make it in time to the airport but still irresponsible.

The staff was wonderful, especially the gentleman who was there in the morning. He was very kind, friendly, and always available to help whenever needed. The breakfast was good, the cleanliness was perfect, and everything was excellent.

The dinner arranged for the event was awful. The food was fancy to look at but unpleasant to eat. Too many staff in the dinner room made it very uncomfortable

You cannot control the room temperature. The air conditioner was off because it is winter time.

Very nice hotel for the money. Not quite close to downtown milan, but there is an easy subway to get there.

The hotel's furnishings are very old and haven't been renovated, so it has a stale smell. The sheets and comforter weren't clean enough. There were blood-like stains on the comforter.
