I liked the location and the staff The rooms had old furniture and no place to really unpack. There was no drawers to put your things.

Good location The guest service at the front who checked us in didn’t provide the information of the facility to access the beach and free transportation to and from the beach.

Breakfast was good. It was easy to get transport to the nice beach area; we walked back within 10 minutes. The pool was more a kiddy pool. Not something we wanted to enter.

I picked hotel because it said it had a private beach. I assumed it was beach front. Its not its a 10 minute walk. My room smelled bad. That musty moldy smell that just won't go away which surprised me given i was on the 15th floor. I complained they sent someone with air freshener to spray the room with a different equally annoying fragrance. It obviously doesn't solve the problem. Also for some reason the shower didnt have hot water for a day and a half.

Location was fine. Built up area so all kind of new. Staff was great as always with Filipino hotels. They will do anything to try and accommodate any needs. The room smelled bad. Musty mildew odor. When complain they bring some floral scent to spray. Not helpful just another irritating smell. The water pressure in shower very inconsistent. For about a day and a half I could not get hot water to shower. Also they say private beach so I assumed beach front. Its not have to walk to beach about 10 minutes away. It was fine but I just assumed I could walk out of hotel and be on the beach.

I loved the location. The price of the stay was reasonable. Breakfast was just ok, but lots to choose from with the buffet. Great for solo travel or an adult group. Kids may get a little bored at this location. Food at breakfast wasn't warm. They were consistently out of ingredients for fruit shakes.

Location wise to and from the airport is perfect The cleanliness is the issue, we saw small cockroaches in our bedrooms and the bathroom is outdated.

The area is very good and the hotel is well located, close to restaurants and shops. The facilities look modern and the overall design is nice. Common areas such as the lobby and pool are pleasant, and the hotel has good potential. It is convenient for short stays and the surroundings feel safe and accessible. The hotel was very crowded during our stay and the staff did not seem fully prepared for the number of guests. Our first room had a strong humidity and fresh paint smell, although they changed it after we complained. The rooms are quite small compared to expectations. Service can be slow during peak hours and there are several maintenance and organization details that could be improved. Overall, it feels like the hotel could offer a better experience with more attention to service quality.

Excellent location away from the madness of Cebu. Proximity to the beach and restaurants and convenience stores. The ensaymada that I could take home. The buffeet breakfast that had a reasonable selection to showcase local regional cuisine. The champorado and taho are must-trys :). The check-in went smoothly. The staff who took care of our booking was very professional and although I booked very last minute, I still managed to have rooms on the same floor as we were traveling with our kids. It was not right beside each other but the solution was perfect. In a previous stay, we also managed to enjoy the Savoy beach facilities - so that was more than what we asked for and was very happy to know that there is pool and beach access for booking with the Savoy. I also love the fact that this hotel is very near Mactan airport. None of the early departures needed just to make it to a flight. None at all.
