Love the hotel. It’s big & nicely laid out. Breakfast had great options but always very crowded. But maybe it was just a busy time.
-
The facilities were exceptional The hotel shows signs of aging. The bathrooms are outdated and in need of upgrading. The breakfast buffet was great except for the bacon which was soft rather crispy

The property is large and clean. Staff were exceptional with their hospitality and so helpful with any questions we had. It is absolutely beautiful and although the beach is not large, still beautiful and many cabanas to lay out and enjoy the beach. Snorkeling was amazing with the ability to see such colorful fishes even at the shallow ends of the beach. There are sea urchins so best to get water shoes for protection and also to help with the slippery rocks in the water. We stayed at the Ocean Side of the property and the lounge was great. Very good food and again the staff at the lounge were amazing. So attentive in making sure we had what we needed and keeping our table clear of dishes. Rooms were kept clean and housekeeping did a great job in making sure we had all that we needed. We attended a Filipino cultural show which was entertaining and delicious buffet. Performers were talented and beautiful traditional clothing along with dances that represented different tribes. Lots of other activities on the property such as jet skiing (super fun for our nephew and my husband) kayaking, snorkeling (a must), golf, table tennis, arcade, shopping, two beautiful pools, restaurants, live music, etc. Impressive with the amount of things to do and entertainment. One thing my husband and I loved was the 2hr traditional Filipino Hilot massage. Spa staff from check in to getting the massage done were great. The two women masseuses were the best!! They were so wonderful waking us through the experience and was THE BEST massage we have ever had. My sister in law got a massage in a cabana facing the beach and she said it was also one of the best massages she ever had as well. Definitely worth treating yourself if you have time and they will take very good care of you! We walked off the property and there are check points for safety getting back in to the hotel, which made us feel secure.

Mini bar isnt cold enough

Stayed in an Ocean front panorama room. Very good view. Don’t really want to be critical but considered to the room rates.. I need to say. -Since old hotel, atmosphere was a bit too dark. -No bedside outlets and no bathroom outlets for hair dryer.( Hair dryer needs to be used with the one of the outlets in a room) -Old desk table with too high chair. -Moldy wall in a bathroom

The facility was gorgeous and so well kept. The breakfast at Tides was wonderful every day. Very kid friendly Nothing

The resort is large and beautiful with many restaurant choices and activities. The pools were awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. I loved it all.
-
On-site food for dinner was a little pricey for the area and quality. The location seems a bit isolated from the city.
