The buffet, bar, room, and beach front. The bathroom layout and toilet automatic bidet water pressure.

I celebrated my birthday at the resort and had an exceptionally wonderful time. Every staff that I got to encounter would readily greet me and made me feel so welcomed. The room, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite, was perfect! Minimalist but it was an abode by the very sense of the word. My niece couldn’t stop asking me, “When are we gonna be back?” even if we were still immersed in the pool on the first day. That’s probably the highest indication of enjoyment, the feeling of nostalgia even before leaving the place. Thank you so much, Sheraton Mactan! ??? Is there anything to dislike? ?

Staff are so friendly and accommodating Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. The beach has lots of rocks.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful taking care of every request The facility is clean and well maintained. Great amenities Thank you Even though it is a non smoking hotel, it would be nice to have the smoking designated area far from the bar BBQ area.

Bathroom Garden views were expected for the 4rooms that we booked but it was all walls. We were booked in a basement area?

Nice facility and very good service. Food was pretty good, too. The beach isn't the best; the sand is too coarse and painful to walk on. Also, the Spanish restaurant, while apparently Michelin rated, wasn't very good. The set course meal was too much flare, not enough flavor. They placed three aged fish heads on a bed of raw rice with the fist course. It stunk and distracted too much from the dish. It seemed that way for each course.

Breakfast buffet included was excelant. Overhead rainshower was great. Breakfast staff very good. Dinner buffet at Php 3,300 pp was extortionate, I hated everything "is on the QR code"!, all drinks very expensive. Tea/coffee in the room was not replenished everyday and fridge was empty from arrival to departure. No instructions for telephone or TV. Room rates were very expensive for services and attention offered/provided. Taxi costs to Airport very excessive for a 10 min ride.

Really nice resort, staff helped arrange activities.

Breakfast was awesome and tons of variety. Washroom in my room was awesome. Really liked the showers. Not that I didn’t like it but the fitness centre could have more machines, like a bench press and a squat rack. Barbells

Lots of open spaces and great cross-ventilation. The beach was too rocky/stones. I’d recommend to wear beach/water shoes to protect your feet from getting hurt.

Staffs are accomodating Nothing

The hotel and its grounds are very lovely, the location is abit far from any shops or other supporting infrastructure. The view was outstanding which made for a pleasant experience. Staff were very welcoming and helpful There were several sections of the hotel that were water damaged with mould on the ceilings and towels on the floor due to water leaks. Although our room was safe from water leaks the common lift lobby on our floor aswell as the transition ground floor had several. The floor in which you accessed the pool from did not have working lights which I suspect was due to the water damage

The beach is good. Children enjoyed snorkeling, lots of fishes. No staff to greet us when we arrived for check-in. It is a high-end hotel, but no welcome drinks for my family nor any help with our baggage. Booked/paid for ocean view but we are facing garden view. Room TV shows different person´s name in check-in. Staff say its a glitch, more like a room-swap to me. Shortage of pool towels, need to wait for hours to get one. No free snorkel equipment for kids, and rental fee is to high.

Great snorkeling right off the beach nice view from our room. A hotel that is charging approximately 300USD a night ought not to charge you for calling a taxi very limited breakfast options for westerners.

We had food from the bakery for breakfast which was delicious. I liked the mango juice they offered when we arrived. The receptionist staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived early and accommodated us as much as they could. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large. I liked the shower. The pool and beach were nice. We had lunch at DIP which was delicious. I understand it was a resort, but felt kind of isolated. We couldn't go anywhere without having to take a taxi. The food at 50/Cien was OK. They were out of a few things I tried to order. This happened a few times at the restaurants including Buhi. Our room was cool. but the air felt damp. The pools were busy with lots of children in the morning and early afternoon.
