Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu

All the staff are very welcoming, helpful, nice and friendly. We're very happy of our room,there is balcony and the view is nice .Room staffs are very nice,very update of cleaning and changing the towels and etc. Breakfast is fantastic! The food in the hotel is worth it the price. Nothing

I like the white sand beach & pool ?

Overall, great hotel. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Kudos to your staff. Put bidet. Steep ramp going to the basement parking.

Lobby lounge sometimes had bad smell like sewedge. The offers (city tours and activities, hotel taxi, spa…) were expensive.

The staffs are overly friendly and accommodating. My concern is the bathroom they need a non slip mat in the shower for senior citizens the tile is very slick and can pose risk of falling! No hooks in the bathroom to hung clothes and bathrobe.

The facility is very clean, modern, great pool, private beach, delicious breakfast buffet, with staff who are very friendly.

Great Staff. Good facilities. Nice room. Nice balance between the pool, the grassy area and the beach.

The buffets were really good and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. Chocolate happy hour was a nice touch. It was affordable compared to some of the higher end hotels nearby given that it was Chinese NY and Valentines. Decent rooms for the price paid. The hotel was a little worn, lots of dripping aircons, the towels were worn etc. There were developments going on by the beach area. The service was poor - while the staff were very polite and friendly, most orders had to be followed up and were often served incomplete. Examples included breakfast coffee, drinks served with dinner, and particularly poor was the services at the beach and pool. The staff seemed to be undertrained considering this is supposed to be a relatively high end hotel and the drinks etc were expensive this was not good enough.

The staff were very helpful and friendly The Ibiza beach club doesn’t exist which was a shock to me . Only one restaurant .

I like it cause it is a beachfront

The incredible Staff…..what an amazing group of people. Looking out for your every need at anytime. Special thanks to BG and FER at the front desk and GIO and Lester in the dining room. Special thanks to you and your teams. Unfortunately the IBIZA club was being remodeled and sometimes it took a while to get the food from the kitchen but the amazing staff made up for that.

Beautiful. It wasn’t worth the price and the sea was VERY shallow. 2-3 feet deep. The beds were too firm and the food was meh.

Property is slightly smaller than others.

Really expensive food & drinks for the Philippines, next door to a cruise day trip port with loud karaoke. No music around the pool or beach area

I was hoping to see more Filipino food options on the menu, especially since the hotel is located in Cebu. It would have been nice to experience more local flavors during the stay.

Great staff-professional and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. We stayed at the Movenpick in Boracay, which was excellent as well. Great ocean view, great variety of food on the menus and very courteous thorough staff.
