I like the way that there was a water dispenser outside the room for staff and guest The bathroom door was dirty. And some amenities are broken

Very accommodating staff and the food from their restaurant was good, they help us to look for a hospital nearby when our kid was not well. Everything is good except we have seen two cockroaches from one of our room we have stayed, not a big deal but something that we didn't expect.

We love Iiked the pool and overall facility and staff We reserve a room with breakfast for 2 adults and a 10yr old. When we got to the property we were told that we had to pay extra per day for my child. Normally when you reserve a room with breakfast its for the guest in the room. It was a requirement to tell number of people in the room. Not sure why we weren't told that upfront. We would never order food for us and our child not!!!

The place was nice. I love the pool facing the beach. It was weekend and there are many guests checking in but only 1 front desk was there to accommodate the guests. Next, Staff in Salt resto wasn’t very accommodating, others were very busy delivering the order but some are just standees. Maybe they are tired, however, it is part of their job to accommodate or assists the guests. I need to approach them for us to be accommodated. I was not expecting because the first time i visited the place the staffs are welcoming. The Wifi connection was also no good and there were few times power outage.

The lady at the reception and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The room is modern and nice looking. The beach was ok. Room smelled moldy, no mold was visible though. Bed sheet was stained. The booking was for 2 adults and 2 children, one male member of housekeeping refused several times to provide small water bottles and towels for 4 persons and tried to charge for a stained towel. Apparently the towel got a stain when it was left near the window. I had the impression that it was this particular male staff's revenge for asking 2 additional water bottles. The same staff member repeatedly rolled his eyes, according to my partner. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as tables were not assigned. Several guests kept large tables occupied for more than an hour until the rest of their families arrived.

Beautiful facilities. Nothing to complain. Very cozy. Restaurant always out of certain foods. So eat early. The run out fast.

The room is clean and spacious. Also, we booked the room with a sea view and it’s really relaxing. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the staff and helped us with our luggages. I love the idea of having a luggage storage while waiting for our room,it helps us a lot especially we have a toddler. The beach are was great.Safe and wonderful view. Airport shuttle is nice too, just book in advance and also with a fee. It’s not entirely a baby-friendly facility. They don’t have a changing station in the lobby. We had a hard time changing our babies’ nappies because the washroom has a limited space. The restaurant Salt was too expensive for the portion of their food the taste is okay. Waited for our food for a long time just to be disappointed. Special mention to the their “Turon” dessert please make it a bit bigger my palms is even bigger waited long and paid much .So disappointing. Lastly, the airport shuttle service on the day we left for the airport dropped us at the wrong terminal even though we have arranged all the details beforehand just frustrating we have to walk with all our luggages and a toddler to reach the right terminal.

Venue fir the reunion 1) no open balcony…despite it being pool and seaview 2) no soundproofing…can hear noise everywhere from the neighboring room, hallway, ground 3) weak water…even lost supply one time 4) old and aged white towels 5) pedestral bfast 6) expensive food prices 7)

Some of the food was good, some of the food was just alright and a little pricey.

Should be free for kids breakfast if checking in 4 person they only eat so little. And suggestion a shuttle bus for airport and charge them like a cab should be okay.
