Close to airport Nothing

Location is perfect, close to the airport as well as the ferry terminal. Also there are two malls close buy. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly.

Right away, we saw cockroach when walked in and the smells of mold. Coming from a long flight, the difference in air quality is noticeable. We tried to request for a differenr room but the room we were given was lile 2 doors down on the same hallway which we cannot trust anymore, since it's the same floor and ventilation system. We had to lool for a different hotel after which we found that is waay better. It was just upsetting and disappointing to get that room instead of finally resting after a long flight.

Nearby the airport. Nearby an outlet and SM. Friendly staff. 24hr front desk. Excellent breakfast menu! Massage therapy was also provided at the lobby was excellent! Airport shuttle services for free! The bathroom is outdated, not my favorite whereas toilet and shower area is not divided.

Stayed here because it was near the airport and advertised the airport shuttle but they did not respond to multiple emails trying to schedule the included shuttle. Would stay elsewhere next time.

food of the breakfast some of the staff are very helpful but most are not attentive and courteous just like the one responding to the queries via online. i requested for airport pick-up but they are not aware that i arrived already despite of informing them my arrival many times.I have to give them a call for them to know that i requested for pick-up. Also, the management are not reasonable, i have to adjust the date of stay because im not getting sleep from their hotel due to many factors- one is found a cockroach in the room, second is the music system of the pizza shop in front of my room is creating vibration which made me palpitate for two nights, third is the bed is so itchy and keeps making a sound, fourth is television dont have any signal.

The room was spacious, the bathroom is really dirty. The sink is leaking. Paid extra for the shuttle but never came, almost missed my flight waiting for the shuttle that never came. They ordered grab/uber thinking it will be complementary since the shuttle never came surprisingly the grab/uber asked me for payment while getting off and said he never got paid. Never again!
