Very attentive to our requests, even without asking. Warm ambiance. Hotel is dated. We got a family suite room. Lay out was perfect for our family. Elevator needs retouching and has strong odor.

Nice resort. Beautiful and clean with friendly staff. The bed mattresses were made of concrete I think…very hard. We got a room with 2 kids yet they weren’t included in the buffet.

I had wonderful encounters with the staff at Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa; they were so friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Combined with delicious food and stunning views, it made for a truly memorable experience.

Difficulty with wifi connections. Internet connections not good at the very first hours of stay. As per booking 9 yrs old child included in the free breakfast but the hotel still charged by half price.

The staff at Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa are fabulous. The property is great, pool and surrounding is very nice. Rooftop bar and Resteraunt was very good, food there was good too. And again staff up there was amazing The breakfast was a disappointment. Much of the food was cold, had to go looking for salt & pepper myself every morning for 5 days. Coffee was poor, fruit bowls weren’t refilled. Toilet tank did not refill properly, one light burned out in bathroom and hair products in shower were not refilled or checked during daily cleaning

I like the location The hot water was minimal. There was no water pressure.

Caged birds. They do not add to the enjoyment of the stay. Quite the opposite. The cages are too small. The eagle and othe birds of pray barely have space to spread their wings. Recommend expanding the size of their cages or handing them over to a well managed and spacious bird sanctuary.

Swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner meals were excellent. 8th floor sky deck restaurant had very good ambience. Due to late check in, staff extended check out time. Beachfront was poor, kinda swampy, needs more sand and umbrellas recliners.

Excellent/suitable room for family. limitted time for food/beverage availability. Foods are delicious but very small serving.
