Breakfast has a wide selection of choices. Staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Beach and pool are nice and well maintained. Some things seem a little dated (billiards table, elevators, and a few minor things) but there are updates and renovations in progress.

The breakfast and housekeeping staff were nice. Front desk and other staff we not warm. Amenities aren’t great. Rooms are outdated and need a lot of upgrade. Kiddie Korner not open until 10 which really doesn’t offer a lot of opportunity to try it with my baby so we couldn’t go. No valet, though parking is near but still a hassle when you have a lot to carry including a baby. Vibe was weird, we didn’t enjoy our staycation so we left early. Definitely not worth the money.

We were there 5 nights and had to call for our room to be cleaned twice at 1500 as it remained not made up. This improved for out last full day

The staff only are friendly and hardworking The management and on how run down this property is. It looks good at the picture but totally scam and crazy how not well taking care of the resort. Too many rust and dead bugs, overwhelming atmosphere and unpleasant 2 hours stay. Booked for 4 nights but just paid for 1 night negotiation than going to other room and still suffer on how horrible their resort is. Walked out and settled everything.

Food is good. The room is spacious We found a cockroach in the bathroom. The gym was under maintenance during our stay but we were not informed promptly during the booking process. The bicycles were available according to the receptionist, then the service desk staff said they were under maintenance although we could see so many bicycles available.

The staff was amazing, very courteous, helpful, and went over and beyond their duties. Specifically, a room attendant looked for wash cloths for us even though they were not available in the housekeeping supply. The bathroom sink was draining very slowly and the shower was leaking. At breakfast, I enjoyed most of the Filipino offerings but not so for my foreign husband. We don't like the sand on our feet at the restaurant. A little traffic to and from the hotel.
