I got a "Penthouse" room and it was very spacious. It had two separate bedrooms with doors, a kitchen and dining area and a small living area. It was clean with modern facilities. It even had a little balcony with a distant view of the sea. The pool was very enjoyable and the kids had fun playing in the waterfall. There was no counter space in the bathroom. The vanity was small, but a shelf would have been nice and hooks for the towels.

The staff was friendly and helpful The door to the room is a keyed doorknob only, no deadbolt, therefore not very secure.

It is fine but the security and front desk aren’t okay as there was unknown person who knocked at my door two times in a night of 12 January and 13 , I called the front desk to send the security but they didn’t and when i came down i called the tourism police who did nothing and they didn’t even retrieved the picture from the cctv camera claiming that the didn’t have an access. Imagine that I checked out leaving the deposited 1000 peso I have explained already

Close to convenient stores and restaurants. That’s pretty much it. Lots of ants. The door with seems like laundry area or dirty wash area keeps opening and it didn’t have a screen so some mosquitoes is present in the room. Property doesn’t have wash clothes available for complimentary usage. Free breakfast is not appetizing.

I like the staff, very friendly and helpful. They could put the cell phone number so it would be easy to text or call for the exact location.

Staff was awesome, housekeeping was impeccable, all amenities were thought of. There was nothing I did not like and would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonable priced facility.
