Perfect location to stay in BGC with family . Very secured , walking distance to many department stores , cafes , restaurants, hang up places . Nothing in particular . it was a short stay so.

The location was very convenient & the hotel was first-rate! Could have supplied some laundry detergent.

Staff are wonderful very helpful. The food at Raging Bull Chophouse was excellant and staff {Kay} was great. The breakfast buffet was always good with excellent service. The cafe could be cleaner. The wall by where we sat was dirty.

Stayed for 8 nights in the 2 br/2ba Residence. Staff were excellent and the property is fantastic - very safe, very clean, and the facilities are wonderful. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, they had adequate plugs (important these days with all the tech), and good closet/storage space. The shower was wonderful - I could stand there for hours if I let myself. The gym is one of the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t use the pool but was able to rent a tennis court. Had room service for breakfast on several occasions and they had a very good variety of dishes. Also tried a couple of their restaurants and particularly liked Raging Bull (Burgers). The location is great - right along BGC High Street, near various shops and restaurants. We also made use of their transfer service upon arrival and were provided complementary parking for our van during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again. N/A

Breakfast was not really good. Though I understand ut was New Year's day and there's so much people. Breakfast was placed in the grand ballroom, tho inassuked plenty of food and varieties but because the place was huge, it's tiring to go around and check in the Breakfast. It was I wouldcsay chaotic time and I expected as 5 star hotel, it will be more classy but it turns out that morning like I was having breakfast in the market Please read my comments above

Location in BGC area, clean , good food I wish they have a shuttle service bus that goes around BGC area where you could hop in and hop out

Location was great but as soon as you go out from the hotel, it’s so crowded with people since its a holiday. Proximity on some of the place you want to visit
