Great neighborhood and cool building. Staff were friendly and accomodating. The two queen room I stayed in was comfortable.

Great location. The staff were the best part for us. So friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transportation and a very special birthday celebration with me as a surprise for my brother - organizing a mariachi band and private bar service in the terrace. Rooms were big and comfortable. Amazing shower! Very clean. Breakfast was on the basic side - but not bad! Very little protein available.

The guy at the breakfast buffet was super friendly and helpful, filling our coffee cups and taking away empty plates constantly. On one day when we had an early start, they provided juice and fruit so we can take with us. Housekeeping was thorough and cleaned the room daily. Very convenient to have the available filter water station on the fourth floor and the laundry facilities (with free detergent) on the eighth floor. Location was great…lots of ATMs and restaurants around. It felt very safe and love the small streets with lots of trees in the neighborhood. We walked to the Anthropology Museum in about 50 minutes but it was okay because you are distracted by the sights, the roadside stands and the stores. An added bonus: on Fridays they close the short block in front of the hotel for a small Farmers Market/food stalls/stands. Nothing.

The cleaning and the location was outstanding!

The location of this hotel is really good! We went for a world cup game, and were able to go to restaurants and bars around the hotel, lots of them walking distance. The best thing was the staff! They were all really friendly and helpful. Also the water pressure for the shower was really good. Breakfast could improve a bit.

Location wise it’s great, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant/bar is not the main priority. The amount of food served in the buffet wasn’t enough for the amount of people, some were left behind having a banana for breakfast.

Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely facilities. It can be noisy as there is a vet clinic next door with dogs barking a lot.

The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. The room was large as was the excellent shower. Great location in Condesa - easy to walk to restaurants and shops, but quieter since the hotel is off the busy nearby boulevard. Nothing.

Spent last night here after traveling to Puebla for two nights. Overall great, had stayed here before Puebla for five nights. No issues! Great location and very clean. Staff are super nice and accommodating. As noted in a previous post, lighting is not the best.

The location is very good. The rooms are nice and big and clean. Hot tub was enjoyable and the balcony was nice too. Nothing.

Convenient, super-comfortable, great location and friendly staff! I liked it all.

I loved the location, it’s close to a lot of places to eat and drink. It’s also about 30 minute drive from the airport. There was a small balcony of the room which was nice for fresh air and a tv that you can connect your Netflix or other streaming device when there’s down time in between activities. The staff were always super nice and the room was always clean, they definitely went above and beyond. I wish there was better lighting in the room to take pictures. Good around the sink area but not so much throughout the rest of the room.

Perfect functional hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for our one night in Mexico City before traveling to another region. We traveled with our baby and the hotel met all our needs, plus delicious breakfast!

The location was fabulous. The staff was responsive when asked for assistance. I did not care for the breakfast and went out every day after the first one.
