It was a good location easily access to the bridge I believe the hotel was being remodeled on the second floor so the hallways were not painted and after checking in they made me go back outside to my car and put a tag in my car showing I was a guest

Very clean very well lit and very secured That there was no parking in the front of the hotel. Everything was on the side of the back, not enough handicap spaces. Also, there needs to be more vending machines due to the convenience store that’s in the hotel closes really early

The size of the room was great! Having an indoor and outdoor pools was the best. The room was not exactly clean. An old water bottle and dried candies were found. The bathroom floor was dirty. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was fine, it was not anything special. The cleaning staff was AMAZING!! Always did an amazing job cleaning our room and super friendly. The location was good, only a few minutes from everything we needed. The pool was nice. Our stay was disappointing overall, especially considering the price. While the hotel's location is convenient for those with appointments at the U.S. Consulate, the quality of the accommodations and service did not justify the cost. The café staff were generally unfriendly, and the food was underwhelming. Room service was particularly disappointing. The meals tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared, and on two separate occasions, either most menu items were unavailable or we were told to come downstairs to pick up our order ourselves, which defeats the purpose of room service. I would not recommend spending money at the café. The laundry room consistently smelled of mildew, and throughout our two-week stay, several washers and dryers were out of service. The game room was also underwhelming, with only a few arcade games, some of which were broken, making it far from a worthwhile amenity. Breakfast each morning felt rushed because there was always a long line of guests waiting. The dining area was chaotic, and the staff seemed eager to move everyone through quickly. I ended up taking breakfast to go almost every morning because it was a much less stressful experience. The biggest disappointment was the construction inside the hotel. We were never informed that renovations would be taking place during our stay. The constant drilling and sanding created excessive noise, and the hallways were often filled with dust, leaving the tile floors dusty and slippery. Traveling with a toddler made this especially frustrating. We also noticed a persistent sewer odor in both our bathroom and, at times, the hallway. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The hotel seems to charge premium rates because many guests need to be close to the U.S. Consulate, but the experience simply did not match the price. Unless having a pool is your top priority, I believe there are much better options nearby.

I loved everything to be honest, location was great, we could walk to the consulate, we walked to the mall, we walked to restaurants. It was very family friendly, we met other families at the pool. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I don't think there was anything we did not like.
