Great check in poor parking setup no spaces

We stayed at this hotel for a concert next door at the convention center - it was the perfect location. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, spacious and really nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel and the food was good and the cocktails were delicious. We'd highly recommend staying at this hotel in downtown Tucson.

Great stay… close to Tucson downtown.

There was trash from a previous guest. It was a couple water bottles that were behind the curtain. In the morning, we tried showering, but water wasn’t coming out. There was only one operating elevator, and no accessible stairs. But the staff was wonderful, and respectful. They answered my questions thoroughly and with a good attitude. Over all good experience

I loved this hotel and stay here regularly but this time I encountered a number of inconveniences. The water wasn’t working in the room when I checked in. They fixed that but then the lights went off mid shower and I was in complete darkness trying to find my cell phone light. Strange. The cookies were excellent as usual, and the staff was friendly.

Really nice, quiet and peaceful. Will definitely make this my go to hotel while visiting in Tucson.

Clean room, spacious, iron, ironing board, spacious closet, and mini fridge where very helpful. But i was disappointed that my room did not include a microwave.
