Motel 6 Clarksville, TN

It was quiet and clean.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The online reviews were a very misleading wasn't sure what room they stayed in. BUT the staff was friendly, but the room was not clean stuff left in the sink and the trash still in the trash can and it seemed liked the floor had not been cleaned. One bed we could not use because the sheets did not look clean.

Nice lobby Room was a dump. Wall covering peeling off, air conditioner smelled like mildew. Punk kids shooting fireworks in the parking lot, scaring the hell out of my dog, and management refused to intervene. To top it all off, they have double charged me for my room because they initially tried to charge a higher amount than was quoted on your website when I made my reservation!!!

Being close to the interstate. I am a truck driver and always need good access to a hotel. Parking was good also to be able to park my semi. NA

I was surprised to find out that the motel was attached to a restaurant. The bathtub had a cut out in the bottom where something had been replaced or repaired and just put back. I found long black hairs in the bath towel’s and in the ice bucket. The parking area was very dirty, but the young lady at the front desk was very nice. The bed appeared to be clean. Would not stay again though.

My stay at this hotel was by far the worst experience my family and I ever had. We initially got there and asked if we can check in early. Initially, she said no and then she looked into her computer system. She said someone canceled so she’s able to check me in early we get into the room. We were so tired. We went to go take a nap because we’re in town for a wedding and after a long drive we wanted to take a quick nap. As we’re getting ready we noticed the room is filthy, dusty and for the amount of money, we’re paying $85 to stay there for the night. They could’ve given us a cleaner room the next day as I’m checking out because we were in a hurry getting ready to go to this wedding I didn’t have time to go and argue with them the day before. I brought up the pictures showing her how dusty and dirty and everything was chipped. Long story short instead of apologizing and saying I’m so sorry that should’ve never happened. She proceeded by saying that if the room was filthy, I should’ve came back and said something, and they would’ve moved me after making all these excuses regarding the dirty room that they gave me. However, that should’ve never happened in the first place. It’s not like we were begging her for a room we paid for a room. Overall, this was by far the worst experience and never again in my life while I stay at another Motel 6 I don’t care if it’s the last place that has room to stay. I’d rather sleep in my car then to go sleep at another motel 6.

I asked for a 30 minute late check out due to transportation and was told NO after staying 3 nights...She is RUDE.. move to next box...not re trying
