The room was clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Shout out to Ms. Candice and the day crew for making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one! Will definitely be staying there again!

Room we where first put into and a soaked carpet beside the bed where the ac unit was. Carpet was musty and smelled bad. We had to be moved to a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. At least they moved us to a different room. Some areas in the hotel needed repairs. Just ok for a very quick stay.

Great continental breakfast. The most delightful staff. Everything you need in your room or available to borrow from the desk.

Courteous staff. Clean stay. Perfect for an extended stay. I used the gym, which was clean. Equipment was up-to-date. Breakfast was available.

The facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and conveniently located near various dining and retail establishments. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

The lock on my door was not working, as a single person traveling and checking in at night it was a little scary!

The website claims to have a sofa bed but we were told that this hotel does not have any. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the sofa bed, so it was disappointing.

I appreciated the location and breakfast was good. Rooms were also a good size. Loved the walk in shower. Indoor Pool was ICE COLD!! Reported it to staff they casually mentioned the heater wasn’t working. Something they should’ve made customers aware of. No French vanilla creamer. Pillows had a mild sweat smell

The hotel needs to be kept up. There were a couple of holes/dips in hall under carpet. The common areas could be cleaner. Just seemed like regular maintenance and upkeep isn’t being done
