everything is good

Our room wasn’t clean the first time around but the staff was so helpful in getting us a new room. The water pressure was the only downfall as it was low both in the sink and shower. And the water was quite cool as well, The amenities were amazing though- great gym and pool!

Everything and every were excellent.

It's very walkable with beautiful green areas and quite neighborhoods surrounding it. There are many good restaurants within walking distance (our favorite is Taco Buddha). This hotel has a whole host of amenities including EV charging, parking (for a fee), a pool, and on-site bar. What it doesn't have is smart TVs or fully free Internet access. This means if you want to watch something on Netflix or anything streaming, you need to bring your own Firestick or Roku. Even if you want to watch something on your computer, you'll be charged for higher bandwidth. Free Internet is only for emails and other things that require light access. The rooms are pretty clean although our carpet was still dirty with tangled hair. I can't be overly critical about this since I can tell they do make the effort to get the room clean it might just be that the vacuum couldn't pick up the hair. Breakfast wasn't to our liking but it wasn't terrible. Staff was pleasant. Overall I recommend this hotel and would stay here again mainly because of its fantastic location!

We accidentally left a backpack in the room and the staff was extremely helpful in getting it back to us with nothing missing.

Great place

The pool was unavailable for use during our entire stay. I guess a light fell in there but we wanted to stay there with our family to be able to use the pool. The floors in the rooms are not clean. Just stepping on the floor made our feet super dirty and they were so sticky.

Not applicable Room smelled very musky. Shower had pink mold in corners.

I came from 4 hours away after working all night and I needed to rest. I called for an early check in and they said no problem. When I got there they had my room ready and said get some breakfast and go rest. The staff is absolutely amazing! The bartenders were fantastic as well. I have not one complaint about my experience.

I was charged for a room that I didn't stay in. And I canceled at the hotel and online, and I still got charged. I'd sure like to get a refund for not using a room paying for something. I didn't use it's a very frustration.

Everything was very nice. Only drawback was 25.00 a day parking

Clean and quiet

You have to pay for parking each night, and the parking lot is not big enough for all of its guests cars.

The rooms was super clean breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean as will.
